Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomA large portion of the playground is no longer there, it's been replaced with a portable room for the mini club. The photo on here is misleading, as, travelling during October half term when hot weather wasn't guaranteed, a big draw card with two young children was the playground.
The suit was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, and Millie in the baby room was great with my two young children, aged 1 & 2.

LithuaniaFar away from the city. If you don't have dinner included you only have 2 options: buy pizza at the bar or take a taxi/bus and go to the nearest city . There's a small shop by hotel, but you won't find normal snacks there: only chips. If you decide to have dinner at the hotel you have to buy a buffet that is too pricey. You can reach the beach by crossing the highway, but there's no pedestal crossing or traffic light. It's too risky to run through the highway.
Service, food, ducks in pool. Nature reserve that is accessible from the hotel.

IrelandThe housekeeping staff were very noisy and we appeared to be staying above where they get all the drinks to stock the minibar. From 07:30am (approx) I was usually woken by housekeeping staff clinking and clattering bottles, pushing furniture in nearby rooms (the screech of beds/chairs on floors is really annoying) and on one occasion there were two of the ladies from housekeeping having an argument outside my room to which I had to get up to ask to be quiet. The men who restock the mini fridges also walked in on my 19 year old sister while she was in her underwear- they knocked as they walked in which did not give her time to respond/react. I think it needs to be made explicitly clear the conditions of using the spa when all inclusive- We found the resort on booking.com and researched it using the hotel website. However, we used booking.com for the actual booking as we have our loyalty points. On the hotel website, all incl. means you can use the spa free of charge BUT if you use booking.com the spa costs an additional 15 euro per visit. Booking.com does say that the spa is extra but does not say for all inclusive customers. This gave the illusion that the spa costs extra for those who may be half/full board- not all inclusive because that is what the hotel website says- we were given two free passes to rectify this but I still believe it is not made clear enough.
Everything was "easy". My family and I went all inclusive and we had everything and anything we wanted at the tap of a wristband. Nothing was too much to ask for and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything and more. Waiting staff in bar Aquarius are SUPERB, they really made the trip with their funny humour and dedication to customer satisfaction. The entertainment was fantastic, this ranged from daytime activities (archery, table tennis, Zumba, aqua aerobics, yoga and plenty more). We also noticed a kids club in the evening, although we had no children with us, it looked brilliant, they really tire the kids out so that the parents can have a relaxing evening. Night time entertainment for adults included Karaoke, tribute bands, dance lessons, discos and bingo- I thought this was a great range and really finished off the days well. Again, the entertainment team are all brilliant. Usually I opt out of buffets as the food is usually cold, tasteless and repetitive but not here. I am glad that I listened to previous reviews and opted in for all inclusive. The food was always piping hot with unlimited options. I also enjoyed the fact that some nights were themed (Asian,BBQ etc). As we had fussy eaters, we primarily ate in the buffet beside reception which accommodated everyone!. Food at the Aquarius bar was delicious and there is a special on everyday which never failed to disappoint. Most of us drank cocktails which were divine and definitely FULL of alcohol. The water sports team were also great, the process of renting equipment is hassle free and they are very friendly and helpful. You literally rent the equipment and the beach is across a small road, maybe 30 seconds away?. Air con in the rooms is fantastic, the weather soared to 30degrees and the rooms remind a cool place to hide away when feeling too warm. The room was cleaned every day to a great standard. The rooms are reasonable in size and equipped with everything you need.

PolandNo a la carte restaurants, only buffet dinners; it gets a bit boring if you stay there for a whole week. Busy street nearby I would not say it is a hotel with beach access, although there is a bus transfer you can use. Very loud meeting points for kind in front of our room, kids were screaming from the early hours every day, waking us up (7:30am). No possibility to change the room - we did ask at the desk and we were told that we should have come earlier and now we shouldn’t be complaining because overall the hotel is nice. We wanted to leave one night earlier. According to Maxi from the guest office the manager said there was no way to get us a refund because we were Booking.com guests. It was said to us as an argument, just like we were a worse category of guests. Also, during this talk, we heard that if we do not like the room, we can go because we already paid. We felt very strange and uncomfortable.
