My room was almost next to the street where the carnival parade passed for 4 hours - The noise and much exhaust made it necesseary to close the windows, but sitting in the bathing tube and relax beetween short trips out to see, was nice. I would recommend people to ask for room on a low floor in the west part of the hotel, then the city sound will be less..

The central situation and still only few meters to the beach. Very short from the guagua station, after learning the shortest route. Very nice and plain bar and breakfast cafe serving all day around

Although clean and functional it was tired and outdated, lots of marks all over walls, chips in furniture. Had a terrible inner courtyard view. TV old and no smart features.

The noise from the streets and the neighboring restaurants was sometimes disturbing during the night.

The location was very close to the beach and not far from the bus station. All kind of shops and restaurants were nearby.

However, there were a few downsides. The windows unfortunately faced other hotel rooms, which might not be ideal for those seeking privacy. The lack of air conditioning could be a problem during warmer months. Additionally, some might find the hotel a bit pricey.

This is a very good hotel that exceeded my expectations. Its location is fantastic, being very close to the beach (just about 200 meters away), making it an ideal spot for beach lovers. The hotel was very clean and well-equipped, just as one would expect from a hotel. This made my stay comfortable and convenient. On the bright side, I was able to check in earlier than the stated time, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite a few minor issues, everything was top-notch.

The rooftop is nice and peaceful with loungers. With little effort, it could be a bit more welcoming. A few plants maybe. I felt a little as if they'd rather I didn't use it. But as a sole traveller, it was lovely to go up there with a cup of tea and be safely alone in the sun to read, yet near my room. I brought my own travel kettle. I think a kettle in the rooms would be nice.

The location of this hotel could not be better: a short walk to the beach, to the park and to the airport bus. In fact, to all buses. My room was dark, but consequently very quiet (interior room).

Ventilation in room 301 is poor, there is no way to have fresh air inside , when the window is opened during the night there is noise every several minutes ( the big exhaustuing pipe outside close to the window)

The breakfast, although inexpensive, did not have much choice. I would not say that I disliked it as the sad face icon indicates.

Everything was fine, the location for me was excellent, the people who worked there were pleasant and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Great location, basic comfort, good price, clean room and bathroom, no noise - all that we needed and we surely got it. No AC, but fan in the room allows sleep well.

No AC. However there was a floor fan in the room and it helped a lot at night-not perfect but it worked quite well.

The location was close everywhere. It was value for money. For Short term stay its perfect choice. Breakfast was good and lovely service. Receptionist was really nice and friendly. She helped a lot.

Everything is convenient. Restaurants are within your reach. Beach is few meters away.

It’s near the beach where you can walk around the places you like to find for food. The room is clean and I am lucky I have a terrace to see the view.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, just a few steps away from Las Canteras beach with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The airport bus took us to Santa Catalina bus station, which is about 10 minutes walk away. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a clean, spacious room with a balcony and a small fridge. The room had no air conditioning but they provided us with a fan. Great value accommodation, we have stayed here twice and would definitely return.

We were satisfied with everything.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly both at reception and in the cafe bar. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was great, about ten minutes walk from Santa Catalina Bus Station so arriving by bus from the airport was very easy and cheap. It was two minutes walk from las Canteras beach which we could see from our balcony and there were loads of bars and restaurants nearby. It was great value for the price.

The restaurant could of been better.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly. Excellent service nothing too much trouble they lent me a charger for my phone. Excellent location 25 meters from the beach. Amazing.
