We really enjoyed the area. Lucky enough to arrive for Sans Jordi's day. Amazing. People were friendly and helpful despite our poor Spanish. Special thanks to Carles and staff for being so welcoming .

How to get the key could be trouble if check in late night.

Location is just right at La Ramblas walking street. Just steps to metro station. Walking distance to old town area where many authentic good food located. Staffs were helpful. Spacious apartment with two adults and two boys.

There’s no full length mirror in the room, the bed is a bit too soft and pillow is quite thick, we have found 2 spare thin pillow in the wardrobe, the room next to the street might get a bit noisy in the morning

The location is great, the room is nice. there’s smart TV in every room which is a plus so I can stream favourite shows. the staff is super friendly, I left my belongings after I left and they informed me and help me to ship it back which I’m really grateful, kudos to the service.

Our apartment was close to the rail line and in the morning the ceiling did vibrate a bit from the passing trains but I’m a very light sleeper. The lift is small so when you get there and leave again you may need to make more than one trip depending on how many of you and how much luggage I.e. we had 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks and my husband had to send me ahead. Definitely not a deal breaker though!

Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. The staff were amazing, both prior to our trip (promptly responding to questions) and during our stay ( needed help to work out the combined washer/dryer). After being on a tour for 2 weeks and another coming up, it was nice to have our own space to do our own thing for 5 days. I’d read some of the previous reviews so asked for an apartment at the back as Las Ramblas revellers party all night! The property was well located and there was a great little bakery a couple of doors down and a couple of small grocery stores close by if you want to self cater.

Carlos, the day staff manager, gave us great instructions on accessing the gates and rooms, and how to use the metro system, as well as addressing a few issues we had very efficiently. He also assisted w booking tickets for museums and gave us great directions to a special restaurant. And the location is terrific, right on the main drag and close to a metro station

The location at plaça Real was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around plus the vibe of La Rambla is amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful. The apartment is furnished in a basic but very convenient way.

Very small things that wouldn't put me off but there were four of us staying and we only had three towels so had to ask for another. We couldn't find a sweeping brush or dust pan so after a couple of days the kitchen floor was quite crummy. Very minor things that could happen anywhere and as I said, would not put me off recommending or going back.

Daly in reception was lovely and very helpful, the check in process was seamless. The location is excellent. The rooms were spotless and very spacious with loads of storage. Would highly recommend!
