I think it's a little expensive. And we tried to put the two beds together but they have a different hight so this is not really possible.

Every else. Very kind staff members at the reception and also the breakfast is very tasty with friendly staff. In august you only have to pay 5 hours of parking in front of the hotel because the afternoon starting from 1:30pm is free of charge.

I arrived late, and had told them I'd be arriving at 5am. Despite this, the security guard was extremely rude and was complaining and tapping his watch. As if he had something better to be doing. It was a bad start. Breakfast! It's in a local cafe which is quite noisy and unfortunately not very generous. The coffee is decent but you get half a sandwich and nothing else. I overheard some other guests complaining and the receptionist was like "well, you didn't actually pay for it did you?" She handled it pretty badly. A bit of customer service training would go a long way!

Mattresses were utilitarian.

Breakfast at a local bar was satisfactory. The apartment was comfortable enough and clean. The parking cost extra but was necessary and secure. Front desk staff Maite was just lovely, and very, very helpful and welcoming.

The location is somewhat problematic, in a part of town mostly populated by the "new arrivals" to Spain, but it is only 100 meters or so from the very safe central part of town, and we walked those 100 meters fast. We never felt threatened, and if we were coming to Bilbao again, and the price was right, we would probably stay there again.

A very nice apartment, clean, and functional, with a kitchen and bathroom. Close to the city center. Breakfast includes a ticket to the nearby café to get a pastry and a cup of coffee, or tea, or hot chocolate.

The rooms are tired. The shower is a strange small slippery sit down bath where standing to actually wash is challenging. Breakfast is in a cheap local cafe a short walk away. It was an EUR 20 to use the basement carpark.

I like the idea of supporting a public body - University. The staff were very helpful. Cleanliness is good.

It was cheaper than I originally expected, easy access from motorway and having a safe, secure underground carpark for our car and bikes was a bonus. Check-in was straight forward and the reception staff were friendly and approachable. The kitchen in our room with fridge was important and supplied all the necessary utensils we needed. Access to the pool table was important for my son who enjoyed numerous games of pool during our stay. The metro station is only a couple of minutes walk from the accommodation where a member of staff helped us to navigate the ticket machine and within 10 minutes we were at the Sans Meme's station in plenty of time for our tour around the soccer stadium. We were pleasantly surprised by the nearby off site cafe which provided freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and either cake, croissant or a choice of omlettes set us up for the morning. This accommodation was perfect for our needs and ticked all the right boxes. We would have no problem recommending this accommodation.

There was no shampoo (there was hand/bath soap and dish soap). The included continental breakfast was not on premise and was instead about 10 minutes away.

The building was clean, bright, well maintained. The room had all the needed amenities, including a kitchenette. Noise did not carry so I was able to sleep soundly.

Location is very unsafe, it's in the worst zone of Bilbao (San Francisco). While I was there there were numerous altercations, including an assault on the street where the hostel is. I would NOT recommend this venue as a safe place, especially if you plan on travelling at night. Rooms are not as pictured, generally clean, but not decorated. Room service is NOT DAILY. Breakfast options limited, they do not have plant-based milks and thus not suitable for people with milk allergies.

Staff was accommodating, installations were mainly clean. Room was, despite not being decorated as in the photos, comfortable.

It was the best decision to book this place. It was right next to all the attractions and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my bags till the check in and was able to check out late. I was afraid the bed would be small for me as I'm pretty tall but it turned out to be okey. Couldn't have been better option for a short visit.
