To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandHair dryer in my room (213) was so loud that I am sure it could wake up all neighbours (simple device but needs replacing!). Wifi was slow.
Nice basic room with comfortable bed. Located in the very city center just 1min walk from Gran Via (main street) and Callao. The hotel building is located just next to a metro entrance which was super convenient. A grocery store was located just on the other side of the street. I did not use breakfast options so cannot judge here.

IrelandWe booked a taxi for 7.30am to go to the airport, it arrived at 7am and we were not ready when we got down the driver was annoyed and gave out to us , he only spoke spainish and we felt bad about it . Whoever book it made the mistake.

MexicoIn our first stay during our trip, the window of the room had a draft, and the air outside was already cold, so at night we had to put extra blankets so that we wouldn't freeze. Apart from this little detail everything was ok. During our second stay, we got a room with 2 single beds, even if we asked for the double bed (since it was our honeymoon). We went to reception to ask to solve this, and we got instead a muuuuuuch smaller room, with an old and very dirty carpet floor. Amenities for this room, were ZERO (not event complimentary water) and what was worse, the air-conditioning system didn't work. We talked to the staff about this and they promised twice to send someone over to check on this but they never came. As for the water, in the first time we complaint, they told us that someone would immediately go to our room to provide us with bottled water, but no one came. The second time around, they told us "we are not giving complimentary water anymore, as of last week, is the new hotel rules"
Location was everything for this hotel, so well located! Check In method is pretty easy and quick. Breakfast is very complete and the food is very tasty. The rooftop had a great view and was all set up for winter season. We stayed here twice in less than a month, our first stay was so different than the second one: 1.In the first one, we've got a good room (very spacious one) with good decoration and a good bed. 2. 3 weeks later, on our second stay, the story was so different, the only good thing about it was that the room was a the main building.
