Our first apartment had a bad smell in the kitchen / fridge. 805? But 814 was really nice. It would be great if there was salt $ Pepper and a little oil as these things are difficult to buy for a short stay. It would be much more valuable than the chips and popcorn.

Nothing at all. They let us check in early and use their lounge with internet. Stored our luggage! Just have not one negative comment:)

The location was amazing! Across the street from Tiffany’s! Amazing high ceilings, gorgeous furnishings, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms ( 1 with bath!) , luxurious linens, full kitchen and washer / dryer!! Fantastic value!

The double bed was a little soft. Noise travels between apartments, one night the neighbours were noisy up until 11:30pm, however when I contacted the 24 hour reception desk, they quietened down.

Apartment in an excellent location, near sightseeing and major metro station. Spacious apartment with large living room and kitchen. Well appointed, clean all round and added bonus of a welcome snack basket. Modern room heating and cooling system. Kitchen has plenty of utensils if you want to prepare meals. Full sized Mercadona supermarket on C/ del Consell de Cent. Friendly reception desk and help with luggage.

Located wright in the core of Passeig de Gracia (best location possible), big and spacious, comfortable, big and comfortable bed, big and fully equipped kitchen, big wardrobe in every room, big bathrooms, I could continue non stop, all was perfect. Personeel really nice and friendly and helpful.

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a spacious, clean, and stylish space that felt like a home away from home. The location was unbeatable, just a few meters from the iconic Casa Batlló, situating us right in the heart of one of Barcelona’s best streets An unexpected highlight of our stay was the breakfast at the partner hotel. The variety and quality of the food, combined with the exceptional service, made each morning a delightful experience. What truly set this apartment apart, however, was the incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just comfortable but truly exceptional. Their warmth and eagerness to assist made us feel incredibly welcome and appreciated. Regarding the elevator, we had read several comments about its size before our arrival. Yes, it’s small, but the old elevator, complete with manual wooden doors and an iron fence, added an extra layer of charm to our Barcelona experience. It was like stepping back in time, and we absolutely loved it!

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It is a perfect location for us as first time visitors to Barcelona. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

None. Everything was great and we felt welcomed. The welcome gift with the handwritten note was a great touch.

Great communication from the staff prior to arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. We love that the apartment has both a washer and dryer. Our luggage was lost by the airline and the staff was able to assist us in receiving the delivery while we were away for the day.

Only downside was the noise. We had a front facing apartment so could hear all the traffic. However this was always going to be a problem booking such a central apartment

The lift could be a bit noisy and sometimes you could hear noise from upstairs apartments but not a big enough issue to stop me coming back and I am a light sleeper

We loved the fact it has retained all the old features eg the lift and had fabulous marble flooring on the stairs but was big, modern and airy. The living room was light and bright, everything was brilliantly maintained and tastefully decorated. My wife loved the fact it had a bath - a rarity in apartments in places to stay everywhere. The kitchen had everything you needed and the mini pack of essentials on arrival was a nice touch. The location for getting everywhere eg 2 tube stops from the market etc was brilliant. It was a relaxing place to come back to after a lot of walking around. Staff were friendly and helpful and pre-booking offered great ideas for where to eat and on arrival took care of our luggage without any difficulty. The care and attention was first class.

The appartment was very clean and spacious. It was in a great location, everything in proximity from bakery, restaurants and shops. We loved the kitchen and laundry/dryer machine. When we ordered food the hotel reception brought it to our appartment. We noticed that the staff was happy, something you don’t see everywhere these days…
