The staff was extremely kind. We didn´t expect this level of attention, nor the decoration in the interiors. This hotel has been a great discovery and when we come back to San Sebastián, we will repeat 100%.

Peaceful and private boutique hotel located a short 15 minute walk to central San Sebastián. There are bicycles available although we didn’t use them. We stayed in a garden privilege room (105) which has plenty of space for two people to relax. The decor and general aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful, it’s kept incredibly clean and every member of staff was warm and friendly. JM on the bar made some great recommendations for food and drinks. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst in San Sebastián and they were helpful in arranging champagne on our return. Couldn’t really fault any part of the stay.

Little bit out of town, but probably not a bad thing to walk off all the Pinchos! Public transport is great and taxis are reasonably priced if not.

The most comfortable bed we’ve every slept in! The hotel is really gorgeous with ample off-street parking and electric car charging station. The room was beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful. We couldn’t fault this property however, it is a 20 minute walk to the old town.

The service and staff are amazing. Basically the best we have had considering the per night rate of rooms. The place is beautifully presented and has a lot of character which adds to the San Sebastián experience. We like the location as it is about a 15 min walk from town so is close enough to enjoy everything but is also out of the madness. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Hotel charges EUR10 per night for car park. Considering it is at hotel's ground and we are paying over 300 per night to stay here, don't think this charge is appropriate. We have read review from elsewhere that parking is free of charge, so we were disappointed.

Beautiful building, well managed, professional staff, room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel provides free bicycles for guests to go around the city, which is good touch.

We honestly can't think of a thing.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too big a problem for all the wonderful staff. The hotel itself was stylish and comfortable. The room was large as was the bed and the bedding was luxurious. The provision of bikes was an added bonus and enabled us to see more of the city than we otherwise would have done.
