The only downside was a noticeable draft from the wooden window frame, especially problematic in Helsinki's freezing temperatures. Fortunately, placing rolled-up kitchen roll resolved the issue. Having more temperature control in the room would have been good.

Excellent value, convenient location with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The metro ride took approximately 10 minutes to reach the center of Helsinki. Comfortable rooms, well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge and microwave; showers were also really good.

The general impression of the hotel is that it is an old hospital or government building. The room was great with many windows and great views, and well organized for longer stays, but the general impression is that it needs some cosmetic changes in the paint work and furniture, to give it more of a hotel feel, rather than a Hospital.

Main reason to book this hotel, that it was dog friendly and near the Helsinki Metro and accessible with late night arrival. The location is excellent and the check-in online with code was very convenient late at night

Properly is a bit dull, didn’t have my towels replaced, because it’s an ‘Aparthotel’ it’s quite limiting in terms of what to expect.

Very close and convenient to the Metro and connecting lines. Allowed me to see family and friends very smoothly.

They don’t tell you that there isn’t a reception. You only get your instructions on the day you arrive and if you arrive late and don’t have a means of checking emails, you pretty screwed. You have to phone a remote number for assistance to get your rooming details

Room got very hot, no possibility to open windows, even the slightest amount. Rubbish bins in room never got emptied in a 4 day stay, with no obvious place to empty them yourself. Shame sauna wasn't available before breafast

Great location, good size room, excellent bathroom and shower, quiet neighborhood close to all amenities and nature. Electronic check-in worked beautifully. Everything you needed was included.

Not much. It was adequate as expected.

No staff or facilities to rate. Key code access. Room fine, as expected. Room clean. Corridors smelled a bit. Quiet enough. 24 hour supermarket close by. An OK budget option.

The front door didn't close properly. The information on how to get into the room was a bit confusing. Check-in at 16.00 was a bit late for me. With regard to the service level it seemed a bit pricy. At this rate some form for basic breakfast should be included.

The location was perfect regarding that I had to go for 2.5 days to Herttioniemi. The overall experience was as expected at a unmanned facility.

I never saw any staff members, and I often felt unsafe because of many drunk guests. I'm not even sure if all the people hanging in front of the entrance were hostel guests or some local people. The room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, and the shower was leaking. There were no bars on the window, and our room was on the 1st floor. So, I was afraid to leave the window open for the night - someone could have climbed in. As there was no AC either, the room would get very hot at night. I had to choose between safety and comfort.

The location was ok, close to the metro station, and there was a 24/7 grocery shop nearby.

The building felt neglected, the room was a bit cold and uglier than it looked in the pictures

The room was clean, the kitchen was big and clean, there were enough sockets in the room, the location was ok if you have a car.

Comfort wasn't ideal (bed). There was a lack of power sockets in useful places so I had to move bed to get power close enough for me eg for charging phone. The vomit in reception (left by someone else) was cleaned up quickly.

The mattress was terrible. Springs gone and I kept rolling off the bed in the night. The room overlooks a 4 lane highway. The communal areas were not clean - door handles and surfaces visibly dirty. Dirty floors. People congregating outside to smoke was also not so nice.

The room was clean. The shower was good. It has a microwave and fridge.
