To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very nice location, the breakfast was also great! A big plus was a bowl and treats waiting for our dog in the room.

BelgiumI discovered the size of the room and of the bed (1.2m) only at the website of the hotel and after my booking. Booking.com should have been transparent about it. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes, only a tiny bar with two hangers and curtains for protection from the dust. The safe was placed in a dark corner and I needed a flashlight to read the instructions, in the end I abandoned the effort. A kettle to let guests prepare their own tea or coffee would be nice.
Excellent staff and the service they provided, excellent location, very good breakfast with room for improvement, limited restaurant / bar facilities within the hotel, though plenty of choices in the vicinity. Very good room temperature, as well as the sound insulation. Iron and ironing board were available in the room, the refrigerator was working and it had the appropriate temperature.

SwedenThere was a construction site during nights which I have not been informed of. Neither in the booking nor at the check in. They did offer me to change the room in the middle of the night, but I wish they had at least informed me about it before hand. There were plenty of other rooms not facing the construction site.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the very center of Helsinki. I enjoyed the design of the room and it was clean. The hotel was able to accommodate my wish to have a room with a tub, which was really nice. The only problem was that there was a construction site during night just outside of my window.

GermanyI had a few steps in my room and there was a motion detection sensor that was facing the bed to trigger lights for the steps. Whenever I moved, the lights went on with a knack sound and therefore I woke up quite a few times during the nights because I could not turn off this security feature. I would therefore recommend booking a room without such steps.

LatviaWe arrived to Helsinki after 10AM and we were pleased to know e can check-in earlier. The room was located on the 3rd floor. It has a bad, 1 chair, a small table, TV. Administrator told us that we can gran any extra cosmetics from the reception if we need some specific products (shampoo, soap, etc). Location is great - it's about 10-15 mins walk from the railway station, 5mins walk from Stockman, 15 mins walk from market square. Breakfast is good - there are multiple options available including vegetarian options. There is also iron in the room.

GermanyTypical designer hotel where the designer should be forced to live in it for a week. Hands didn't fit between tap and sink. The chair didn't fit between desk and bed. Minibar was empty, with 10€ room service charge. Complicated two-stage booking process that nearly failed due to technical problems (not at booking.com).
The hotel and the rooms are very stylish, beautiful, and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city centre.
