The vegetarian options in the buffet. Not worth it for $85FJD they charge for vegetarians. Very less options. On saying that, the chefs were kind enough to do something for us. The disappointing part is they had nice dessert options which we couldn't try as it comes with a buffet.

The finish in the bedrooms are not quite 4/5 star. Considering brand new the shower screen was smeared and marked in between the glass panels so looked awful.

It is clearly still in state of construction but the parts finished are really lovely and you know it will be a great hotel once all finished. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Pool area was great although the spa elements not yet working.

This resort is under construction and there is still a lot of work happening, more than I expected. They are working on a large restaurant/bar area that is very close to the pool area (April 2024) which is due for completion in August. It was very nosy and went on all day until 530pm at least even on Saturday. I think once this is completed it will be less of an issue as it looks like the construction of the rest of the resort will take a long time. There is also construction on both sides of the resort so the dust etc travelled all over the resort. More feedback for the resort. We had a suite - which was very big and spacious. The master bed was great, but the other bedding situation needs attention. The pull-out sofa bed was really small and the mattress was super thin - my kids survived the night but I would expect better from a high-end resort. At 5 foot 2, my daughter's feet hung over the end of the bed, two very small teenagers struggled to share the sofa bed. There is a sofa in the master bedroom room, which would fit a child if it was longer, there is space in the room. We also got a roll-away bed for the 3rd child. But there is room for two or three proper beds if the sofa bed is removed. Or a bunk.

As always in Fiji the staff were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us in every way. This is a new resort 10 minutes drive to Nadi Airport. It is a welcome introduction to Nadi compared to the other airport hotels. So is perfect if you need to stay in Nadi before or after heading out to the islands. The resort is very large, with a grand entrance/foyer similar to other resorts at Denau, and a large swimming pool complex. We had a suite that faced the sea for our family of 5, the room was spacious.

The hotel is still in construction, not shown on booking webpage or have any notice when booking. The location is far away from other hotels. Some of the receptionist are not very experienced or lack of communication, double charged me with the massage, would need to contact them.

The facility is brand new, staffs are friendly, nice breakfast buffet and great restaurant. The location is close to airport.

Building works were quite loud and intrusive throughout which detracted from the peacefulness of the stay. Restaurant area only had a few tables outside. Menus at the lunch/dinner and the bar were all quite similar. Not good vegan options at any of the meals including breakfast. Location of the hotel means that you need to realistically get taxis to go anywhere and these can be relatively expensive. There could have been more umbrellas/sunshades available around the pool, most of the sun loungers without shade were not used by guests.

Amazing decor with large spacious reception/bar area. Several pools that were well maintained and had areas in the shade. Lots of sun loungers available. Great access to beach. Rooms were spacious with top quality air conditioning. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The shower leaked over the floor a bit. Construction workers wandering around. There could’ve been some live music at night however, I’m sure they will be once the resort is complete.

After travelling around the main island of Fiji, it was wonderful to finish our holiday at a five star resort. The front reception is spacious like an airport and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the magnificent featured pools. Modern large shower, bath and good aircon. We enjoyed swimming in the luxurious pools. Sunset and walking along the beach to nearby bars. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Part of the resort is still under construction, but some minimal daytime noise was never an problem. We encountered a security issue on our last day, however this was addressed promptly and professionally with consideration. The lesson is: always to keep your belongings safe, no matter where you are. We highly recommend this resort and looking forward to staying again when the resort has finished completion.

The hotel is not finished construction which didn’t really affect our stay (apart from the gym being in a temporary location and not all the pools in service) however it will be great to come back on completion.

We stayed here as a stopover close to the airport on our last night in Fiji. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable- Joji at the pool bar was lovely and the staff at reception were extra accommodating. The pool is amazing, there are multiple areas to swim and feel like you have your own space. The dining, although a bit expensive, is top quality, the steak sandwich is one of the best I’ve had and the dinner menu was beautifully presented and very tasty. The complimentary buffet breakfast has a huge amount of variety, everything was delicious.

The room needed to have a hair dryer; there was no bottle opener and the toilet paper was of poor quality; you shouldn’t have milk powder either. It does not look well when you aim to be a hotel of superior quality. You should have fresh, small milk cartons in every room for your guests.

Great food and service; the staff were exceptional and a credit to your company - they were always helpful, smiling, friendly and acknowledging you. The buffet breakfast was amazing.
