Location couldn’t be better. So easy to access and exit to A71/A75. Just 2 minutes from Exit 1. Good breakfast which we took to our room - to be with our dog. Dog friendly hotel which is ESSENTIAL for our travel requirements with our special 3legged dog.

The room was very nice with everything you need. It was also very clean. There is a nice bar/ restaurant a short walk away.

Outside seating & tables were wet so if would have been good to have a canopy or covered terrace.

Continental breakfast OK and as expected. We were able to sit at the outside tables with our dog rather than leave him in the room or in the car.

Towels a bit small for a shower, could have done with another pillow and the room had a slightly unpleasant smell, as if it had been an old smoker's room.

Lovely and smiley staff, breakfast was just right, clean and comfortable big bed. Great car parking facility, secure and bright and very welcoming to pets. Overall really relaxing stay.

Breakfast overpriced in my opinion, not good value for money for my family but paid for the convenience of it, rather than look for somewhere else, as we wanted to get back on the road. We used Google Maps and this took us to the front of the hotel, which isn’t the access, which added another 15 mins to our journey while we did a big loop. Not a fault of the hotel of course, but watch out for this!

Nice breakfast, secure parking. Good location next to a Lidl and just off highway. Rooms ok and good shower, quite spacious.

No kettle or drinks facilities that were accessible. Tried to buy a can of pop but staff member didn't know how to do it. Paid for breakfast each morning but staff said we'd only paid for 1 person (why would we!)

The location was great just off the motorway and near to lots of places to eat and drink plus a Lidl next door. Bed comfortable, shower hot,big and powerful. Black out blind was brilliant. No noise from the corridor. Breakfast adequate. Plenty of free parking.

Breakfast was a bit a squash but it was all fresh. One receptionist was Bilingual the other wasn't! Coffee facilities are down stairs but available if you ask. People who bring their dogs don't clean up after them so avoid grass areas.

It was within easy access of the main roads with lots of restaurants around it. We we had a good view of Puy du Dome. Hotel is not in the zone where you need to show your admissions sticker. Rooms are clean and so is the hotel

Excellent location just off of the Autoroute (take the Billom exit) Welcoming receptionist, secure parking and within walking distance of a choice of restaurants if you don’t fancy getting back in the car after a day on the road. Breakfast is exactly what you would expect and replenished regularly.

Not a lot not to like but if I were being picky I’d say pillows were not great and was left with a sore neck. Wouldn’t bother with the breakfast as not worth the price as there’s a Lidals close by or stop off at a service station.

Clean and comfortable. Staff we’re helpful and polite. Good location for a short one night stop on the way and back from our final destination in Spain. Restaurants were close by to walk to after a long drive.

Really comfortable place to stop en route to south of France. Excellent but no nonsense facilities without any fuss. Near to route. Serve yourself breakfast. Snacks available late night. Left feeling fresh. Our children were comfortable.

The young man on reception was very helpful due to us requiring assistance with our car. He was exceptional with his service. Hotel very clean and comfortable for overnight stay.
