It was reasonably close to the train station. B/F was OK but expensive for what it was. Over all OK and we are booked to stay again in August and will keep the booking

It was a very practical room, but a little charmless. Not the most comfortable, but fine. The furniture was a little bit worn in places, but it had everything we needed.

Super location, just by the castle and nearby the train station. Nantes is a vibrant city with plenty to see and do. This was a practical base to explore from. The room was spacious, clean and flexible (all the furniture was on wheels!) and very well-equipped with both shower and bathtub, kitchenette, dining table, and ironing board.

I liked the welcoming ambience of the staff and management and that nothing was a bother. When I felt unwell and changed plans, and at short notice, asked to stay an extra half day before departing, they were accomodating and gave me a low rate for extra time, which I appreciatd

Stayed in a studio room for 5 day visit to Nantes. Everyone and everything exceeded expectations. The studio was immaculate and well thought out. It truely was my apartment for the week. Lots of windows, close to transportation ( all easily walked) walk into town walk to botanical gardens, train station and tram. Loved there was staff 24/7 who also spoke English as well! Breakfast was excellent, 24hr coffee was very nice. Felt very safe for female travelling solo. When the airlines put their pilots there to stay, you know its good! Highly recommend.

You could see inside through the shower door (quite uncomfortable if you have children). A sink should be installed in the toilet (the room where I stayed did not have such a thing).

The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. The instructions for the conditions of use of the equipment are very clearly explained. The staff is very kind and willing to help you even if it was not part of their duties. At breakfast, enough products for all tastes and the most pleasant thing was that you could make your own fresh fruit juice.

Some of the decor and fittings were tired. The shower tray was cracked and allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor which creates a slip hazard. Kitchenette was adequate but, again, could do with a makeover.

Most of the times there was no one on the reception, it seemed a “self running hotel”, however when I saw somebody from the crew they were nice. The breakfast doesn’t have a great variety nor quantity of food and the lady takes much time to replace it (when she does). Some furniture on the rooms is beginning to get old.

The location, the room was big and the bed very comfortable.

Perfect location. few minutes of walk from the train station, major tram lines just across the street and next door from the castle. Room was large and generally well furnished. Overall the place is highly recommended.

Cleaning is not made for stays less than 8 nights, unless paying extra costs. This could be made more often, for example for each three nights. Air conditioner cannot be controlled in the room, so one would feel cold in the night.

Nice spacious studio, warm in winter, everything was cleaned well. Very well equiped kitchenette. Staff was friendly. Good value considering it was a studio priced similarly to a hotel room.

They don’t have a boutique as other Adagios do so coffee pods need to be bought from a corner shop up the road. It’s is a spot where homeless congregate due to it proximity to the rail station but we were not hassled and unfortunately this site is similar across Europe and UK

Breakfast was quite expensive for what was available, not a great choice, you would be much better just walking into town and paying half the price for double the amount

The room was huge, I think we may have been given an upgrade. The Rugby world cup was on and there was a real buzz and vibe around Nantes whilst we were there. The accommodation was excellent, I would wholly recommend it, the staff were great and it's very central to the train station, trams and town.
