Excellent location; just a few minutes walk into old town. Secure bookable parking (at extra cost). Lovely receptionist. Large room with balcony available (at extra cost). Mini-kitchen and fridge in room. Over-all decor and cleanliness. Excellent shower room. Lift.

Good first impressions....friendly reception staff and helpful showing us the way to the private car parking and how to access it - excellent. Great car park with access to the hotel and lift to rooms. Unfortunately the room we were given was slightly different to the room booked but this was quickly changed.....it was spacious with a large bed, partition doors, small kitchen cupboard area, good ensuite and plenty of tables and chairs. This Privilege room had side views of the sea which were great to watch the storms! (see picture)!! The Aparthotel had a small bar area and facilities for breakfast if needed. The location was only a few minutes from the old City and adjacent to the port area - 2 Pizza restaurants 5 minutes away if needed. Would definitely return....by the way dog friendly.....

Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. Great secure parking just under the hotel. 20 euros per day - book with hotel in advance. Lovely comfortable big room... little kitchen area with everything you need. AC Bed very comfy. Pillows good quality Location perfect. Pretty much beach side and harbour side Short walk to the beautiful walled area Big bathroom with very nice shower, big towels and great products. Breakfast very good. Would definitely stay here again prior to getting ferry or for a longer stay

Not much really. I thought it was well worth the money.

The hotel is in a great location by the old city. It is ideal if you have a car. It has covered parking and there is lots of street parking too. I upgraded to the junior suite and would highly recommend it as it has a great kitchen and lots of room. They are very dog friendly and even provided bed and water now for our pooch.

Extremely friendly English speaking lady and gent at reception. Our room was superb for a family of four. We wish we had stayed a few nights to enjoy the city rather than just one whilst waiting for our morning ferry crossing. I’d recommend this hotel for a mini break as the small kitchen in the room means you literally have all amenities you could need. Perfect location just metres from the beach. We plan to return next year and break up our holiday by spending a few days here.

There was nothing to dislike

We stayed for two nights in Hotel L’Adresse in August 2023 and were very impressed. The staff were polite and helpful and our room was large, modern, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed having a kettle and minibar fridge in the room. The location is excellent for exploring St Malo and the breakfast offerings were generous. We were only sorry we couldn’t stay longer. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting St Malo.

A bit more variety of choices for the breakfast, e.g. local artisanal products, or more vegetable / fruit options etc. But it's not a big deal, just an idea that can make this great place even better.

We liked the location just next to the beach and 10 min spectacular walk to the old town. We could easily park outside just in front of the entrance for 4 euros/day - no need for the hotel parking which is 15 euro, at least outside of the high season you can easily find a spot. Reception staff was very helpful and gave us plenty of advice. Breakfast was Ok, not outstanding, but in general we did not miss anything. Our room was quite new with a nice design, and daily cleaning was great - we felt like home.

On our last two days the reception staff member was obviously suffering from an acute respiratory infection, did not mask, and was freely contaminating all unmasked customers. Very disappointing behavior.

We were very impressed with the welcome, advice, and competence of Ludvita, she is a great asset. The breakfast was very generous and varied, and the room was quiet and clean.

exceptional experience: the room is very spacious for family and has a small kitchen to cook. breakfast buffet is lovely too! Location perfect with both sides of the street close to the sea and walking distance to the old Town. more importantly the staff is soooo friendly.we left one bag in the hotel and it was posted safely and nice packed! Will definitely recommend to others and come back again !

Room was very small - would request a bigger one if we stay again.

We stayed at L'Adresse for one night in August 2023 as a base to set off for the St Malo to Portsmouth ferry. The hotel is modern with good facilities and it's own car park and has really friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the small side but really clean and modern (think it was one of their recently refurbished rooms) and perfect for an overnight stay before we headed home via the ferry the next morning. The hotel is within 5mins walking distance of the old port/harbour area, plenty of restaurants and main tourist attractions. Breakfast was a buffet style but you could order a hot breakfast if required. Would highly recommend if you are visiting St Malo and want easy access to the ferry port.

The welcome and professionalism from the girl on reception was spot on. She was on her own and managed multiple guests being helpful and informative. The room was spacious, we booked a standard double and it was unexpectedly spacious. The bed comfortable and shower great!

Nothing not to like.

It was a cosy feeling hotel not far outside the walls ‘Intra Muros’. Our room had a large balcony with a sea view and was very quiet at night. It’s lovely to walk along the seafront in and out of the centre each day and there’s plenty of dining bars etc along this promenade. Have to mention the staff who were very friendly and helpful at all times before we arrived and whilst there! Definitely be going back here.

The gym could use an exercise cycle and the breakfast was a bit too expensive, although nice.

We liked the friendly stuff and the comfortable room. A modern hotel, right next to the beach and super close to the old town.
