There could have been a few more hangers for 2 people. The hair dryer was very difficult to use, not practical at all...might as well not be there. A little fridge would be very appreciated as well as bottled water. The lighting in the bathroom needed looked at as one bulb kept turning off.

The location for our need was spot on. The staff was very polite and responsive. The room was clean which is very important to us.

The room was a bit too cold and could not be controlled in the room even though there is a thermostat. The door to the toilet inconveniently hit the bed and could not be fully swung open.

Decent hotel for the price. Very easy to walk to the airport, however, they also provide shuttle service if you have a lot of bags.

I did not like that the heater was a central heater. that nevr works. i set it up to 28C, in the monitor at the reception said it was 24C and in my personal termometer was 19.5C. Whci for me was cold and unpleasant. But the cleaning lady/staff gave extra blankets for the night and it was quiet nice.

The staff was super friendly and the van that takes us to the airport is great. room is spacious and clean.

it is unacceptable to pay the price of 5 stars hotel for a 2-3 stars hotel because there is a shortage of room in Montpellier . it should be mentioned during the booking

Too many single use plastic items in the bathrooms (toilet strap etc) and at the dining table.

Food is good but expensive. Service is very good - front desk and restaurant. Rooms are fine. The owner manager was gruff and not service focused unlike his staff

Pool was cleaned but looked more or less green, public transport to Montpellier seems to be good, but it is complicate to reach the sea, extremly expensive taxis (better rent a car even for short trips), mattress was to soft for my taste, (nearly) no international tv, only 2 power outlets in room, one was already used for the desk-light (what's a little bit of a problem at the time of smartphone, handy, laptop and...), desk was not fixed so it was at risk of falling over, towel holder was broken, bad smell in toilet (intensive smell of cleaner after the toilet was cleaned in the morning, smell of musty pipes from the afternoon - but toilet could be closed separately from bathroom, what was good)

Very convenient location - 6 minutes from terminal and there was even a navette at 5am. Room was surprisingly spacious, separate WC and shower. Easy parking.

There were no towel racks for wet towels. Hard to get to from downtown Montpellier. Made mistake and took tram to Parc Expo stop which was not within walking distance to hotel. Had to cab from nearby.

Idéal proximity to airport. Reasonable pricing for losing and meals. Very good table d’hôte. Nice pool. Important to let guests know that there is a shuttle from tram to hotel!

I was in a room with a locked adjoining door to another room which meant I could literally here the person next door not just snoring but breathing in his sleep which was weird!

The thermostat didn't work in the bedroom but it was hot so it didn't really matter, the shower was stuck in one position, the food was just average and not what was advertised in the booking, and the seating around the pool was a bit broken

The room was a little ramshackle, but clean. The pool was good, the staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was really helpful.

I was alone in a potentially 4 people room. Alone it was great, for 4 people it would have been far too small. I ate at the Restaurant, most dishes were not available and the dish I chose wasn't particularly good, especially considering how pricey it was. Still, I enjoyed having a drink on the terrace by the pool.

I arrived to check in much too early and it was no problem at all, the staff were very warm and friendly. Everything in the room was very clean, the towels smelled great, the water pressure in the shower was great and the bed very comfortable, thank you.

The bathroom had some damage, and was over-due a repair. The lack of an elevator would upset some people.

Really liked the staff. The room was very comfortable, and the air con was great. Our family also loved the breakfast buffet. We all had very good sleep.
