The most friendliest stuff! Very quite hotel!

We didn’t understand whether we had a free bottle of water or not (there are tea and coffee bags and a kettle) so we decided not to use it.

This is just amazing place to stay: clean and very quiet. We stayed in the 11 room on the first floor and enjoyed a really spacious bathroom. The self check-in is easy, we had all the instructions. 10 minutes walk from the center and there is a parking too. And it is pet-friendly!

Small, quiet, nice hotel near the city center with its own parking. Comfortable beds, large TV, functional air conditioning. Pleasant breakfast and pleasant staff. We were satisfied, we will return.

Steep hill up to the property from the harbour/ sea front, but that affects all non harbour properties in Cannes. Breakfast only, so lunch and evening eating out means hike back up!

Friendly helpful staff. Well decorated, very clean, looks new! Nice harbour view from the balcony. Off street parking! Would happily stay here again!

Excellent hotel! We stayed in Cannes only for one night, but wished we would could have stayed one more night at the hotel. Nice and clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was also nice. The staff were very kind and helpful! Will absolutely stay again if in Cannes.

I thought I booked a room with garden and sea view but could not really enjoy it due to the weather conditions.

Super cute clean well designed cosy hotel in a quiet area of Cannes. At the corner violet fliers are welcoming you when you arrive. I had enough usb charging and good lightning as well as good opportunity to hang my clothes. Breakfast had always a croissant for me as well as fresh eggs.

Apart from the fact that the hotel is placed a little bit higher on the hill (which was actually good for our health with all we had eaten during our stay) there is nothing we did not appreciate.

Nice and clean rooms, well equipped. Beautiful bathroom. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful lady. A perfect service even when it rains and you need an umbrella. Personal approach with a smile!

I was staying at this hotel for the second time. It is clean and comfortable. Location is walking distance to centre and gare. Overall, it is a nice and value for price place to stay in Cannes.

The building and the room furniture were a little dated. There is no lift.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even helped us carry our luggage to the second floor. Interesting historic building. Nice car park at the back.

Super thin walls. The soud traveled easily from both outside and adjacent rooms. Conversations, footsteps, and even minor noises were audible with unsettling clarity. If you're a light sleeper or value your privacy, this could potentially be a major issue. Another drawback was the ground floor location of the room, which was at eye level with the street. This lack of privacy was unexpected and made me feel a bit exposed, especially during the daytime. It also meant that I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which limited the natural light and made the room feel a bit confined.

I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be a good stay. One of the standout features of this place is the private parking. Eliminating worries about finding a spot or potential safety concerns. The room itself was spacious, providing ample room to move around and relax. It clean, giving off a welcoming vibe from the get-go. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the excellent air conditioning system kept the room at a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. Even during the hottest part of the day, I was able to retreat to cool and comfortable.The bathroom was a true highlight – it was very spacious.

Everything was beautiful.

The location. It’s perfect. Just walking distance to the center downtown. For older people maybe not so much since there is no an elevator and you have to carry to the third floor the bags. Also walking up the hill could be a little harder for older people but you can take an Uber back to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful.

Spent an excellent time at this lovely little hotel. Service is wonderful and the breakfast is in a wonderful terrace with delicious ingredients. Also the in-keeper gave me excellent tips on where to dine or go to beach clubs which was a real hidden gem. Thanks a lot & see you again soon!

The roomed were clean and big. We stayed here for one night and decided to come back for two more nights. The staff was AMAZING, so helping, she even helps us carry out very big and heavy bags upstairs. Just lovely, and super thoughtful. The breakfast was great. The whole experience was very warm and welcoming, would totally recommend and will absolutely come back to this wonderful hotel.
