I would recommend treating the odor in the bathroom and cleaning the vent. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect! The staff súper friendly! The rooms very comfortable.

The gentlemen at the desk was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that our stay was pleasant. The rooms were quite small, but adequate for a night or two. The premises were clean and presentable.

Bathroom a little small, adequate, but shower could be better. We prefer more regular room servicing, especially when we were out for most of the days we stayed. Perhaps every second day would make a difference.

Location was great, close to good restaurants and the old City. Parking was great as the hotel has its own parking, however there are limited parking spaces, first in. $15 € per day. Security is very good. Breakfast simple, but fresh and adequate. Excellent free laundry, full kitchen in rooms. Great helpful owner, has great advice on restaurants and other information. We were very grateful for her help. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Outdated/worn shower and one of our rooms didn’t have air conditioning, so rather hot. There was a bit of urine smell in one of our rooms, not sure white as it was clean. Otherwise quite comfortable.

The fridge & bathroom smelt slightly .. the shower was also very small .. ok though and towels etc provided. The TV was too small and no English channels .. sky/bbc news would have been good. Could also hear running water all night .. not sure if this was from the other apartments but very loud & constant.

Great location & easy parking on street .. very reasonable @4 euros for 24 hrs. Helpful staff and welcoming entrance.

Few minor issues - including sink partially blocked, kettle switch broken, no soap in the shower dispenser, no battery in the telephone. None a big deal on its own and staff were keen to deal with these problems (we were only there one night so don’t know how they got on).

Good location in walking distance of the centre of Dijon. Helpful staff. Comfy bed. Good secure parking. Good double glazing so no traffic noise. Really helpful to have a fridge and small kitchen unit.

Nothing that I didn't like, if I really have to say then it is the space in the room is a little too small than I expected.

The location is fantastic! It is just 5 minutes walk and I am already in the central of the old town. Parking can be reserved in advanced as well. The room has good air conditioner which is very useful in summer time. The room has everything I needed.

When we arrived we found there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands or toiletries other than toilet paper and also no hand wash detergent in the basin in the kitchen area we also found that the kitchen utensils were slightly dirty and all breadcrumbs all through the container and one frying pan had eggs still on it. We spoke to the concierge and we had one lot of soap provided I did not mention the dirty dishes I just washed them myself because they rely on the last visitor to clean them but they just needed me more vigilant but overall a great place to stay in Dijon.

Nice and close to all facilities and the apartment at everything you need to get you through a few days with the very small kitchen that it has. I can provide a continental breakfast for eight euro 50 cent's which I think it's good value as other cities wanted 12 to 18 euros for breakfast. It was quite hot 27 degrees so it was great to have adjustable air conditioning that worked very good, the bed and everything was very comfortable as well.

drainage in the bathroom was a little slow

The Hotel is in a fantastic location 2 minute walk to the heart of the city , the lady on reception spoke good english and was so very helpful . parking was very secure , the room was a good size very clean , wifi worked good . has its own outside garden with sun loungers and tables and chairs.

our room always smelled damp and moldy. You could see prior water damage along baseboards. Staff were aware and working on issue but it wasn’t resolved before we left.
