Address on Booking.com not correct and misleading. Entrance is between 24bis and 26 (not 28). Some more detailed instructions as to how to find the accommodation would have been useful. Inadequate number of parking spaces. (Although free street parking nearby fairly easy)

We booked a parking slot, but it seemed they are full (turned out they only have 8 spaces!!!), because we got a slot that took almost ten minutes to fit the not-big car in it, was almost impossible to get out or avoid breaking another car. But Ok, our car was inside and in safe, so we did not make complaint.

We arrived for one night and were looking for cheap but decent accommodation with parking for our rented car. We got it. A quiet place with a good place to sleep. But not a hotel feeling, rather a dormitory feeling: those who expect this will be satisfied. If not, don't come here. Few days before we were in Odalys City Paris XVII, which was a very elegant experience, so overall I highly recommend this hotel chain.

Tiny bed. 10 minute walk to town centre.

Easy to deal with. The booking said they required a 150€ deposit, but this was not asked for., and the staff were very relaxed. The building is actually halls of residence, which isn't made clear, but the students were all on holiday and it was perfectly peaceful. The appt was well appointed but my only complaint was that the bed was tiny. Pity the poor student who gets lucky!!!

The missing aircon makes it hard to stay in summer. It was very hot in the room.

The parking is very secure. The hotel is in the second row from the street, very silent. The furniture and room are very nice. Cat is allowed with extra charge. Walking distance to the city center.

The bed was just uncomfortable, bordering on unacceptable. I am not even the biggest or heaviest and I can sleep on most beds but I woke up with a sore back here :( It's a pity because I loved everything else. Please, please purchase a new bed for the single room Odalys!

The location is not too far on foot from the main square in Orléans. It's in a courtyard too so not on a busy street. The room is great (except the bed) with all facilities you could need and the bathroom is very spacious.

The bed was small (160x190). the shower was small. I actually hit my head getting out. (I am 193cm tall). dust on the lamp covers. water cooker didn't work

Location was great for us. Near the ice rink and walking distance from the old town. Relatively spacious and quiet.

Bed was the only thing that I didnt like. It was worn out. Very difficult to have a good sleep.

Some things were missing, for instance no forks and the coffee machine was dirty. The breakfast was fairly mediocre with cheap rolls and machine coffee. Overall felt like student halls but I guess you pay for the cooking facilities.

The staff were very friendly, particularly at breakfast time. The building felt secure and was well located for the station and town (each about 10-15 minute walk) with a supermarket just over the road. I was able to cook dinner on a grotty evening so didn't try to find a local restaurant. Bed was comfy and wifi was good

Receptionist should probably work in a different industry. She looked pretty miserable. Also we booked a double room but got a twin with beds pushed together.

I was unable to access wifi. There were no instructions so I asked reception but the details provided didn’t work for me either. There was no facility provided for recycling my rubbish.

A clean and comfortable apartment, quiet and with good facilities. The walk into the town centre is not far, and there’s a little supermarket across the road. Orleans itself is stunning!

The location was dangerous at night, because it is far from the downtown, but have in the front a bus stop.
