Some improvement are needed in the room. The sink is worn out. The price is much to high.

The hotel is clean, the people are friendly and it is very well located, close to my friends house. The room needs some improvement, the shower door has to be fixed as the shower gel bottle.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good value. Located within a short distance of 2 metro stations made travel around Lyon cheap and simple.

Is out of town and the high security on the doors and at night made us feel that it wasn’t a safe area. Saying that we had no issues and didn’t observe any problems.

For the value of money everything is good, I could be critical and say the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable when you sit on it and the mattress a bit thin, but people should not be sitting on it anyway. If you looking for luxury then this is not for you, its basic, clean and good value.

Location although slightly out of centre is very close to metro, 20min into centre by train. Hotel parking excellent, Supermarkets and fast food restaurants a very short walk away. Staff very good and helpful. Apartment a good size, a good experience for a reasonably priced accommodation for 4 people.

Great. Rooms simple but large, much more than those of many other hotels in Lyon. Metro stations within a few minutes walk. The area is very calm. Personnel is very kind. Great choice, for short and long stays.

Every time I had to ask for a hairdryer. But it's Ok. The staff gave it to me for using. It's a little bit pricey to stay here. But in general everything was good. I recommend staying here.

I liked a separate room with a bathroom and a kitchenette inside, a wonderful view. The accommodation is close to the metro station Cusset.

The bedding was quite uncomfortable, I did not sleep well at all (and I typically don’t have trouble sleeping). The cleanliness in general was quite disappointing The breakfast was the most frustrating - 10€ supplement, with virtually no fresh, hot food. Yogurt, some fruit, viennoiseries, with not much else.

Despite the portable fan, the room was very hot (end of September). I suspect it is normally cheaper, but we were there for the Rugby World Cup - the room wasn't worth 210 euros in our opinion.

The reception person was the highlight - friendly, helpful, efficient. The room was clean. Cheap undercover parking in the building. Otherwise this is functional but fairly basic accommodation. The bed was comfortable but the sheet wasn't long enough to be tucked in at the top. Quiet at night - our room was away from the main road.

Quite a distance from center of Lyon and the walk to subway was a little far especially for summer. But once you get on subway, the travel time is straightforward (barring any Metro train strikes)

People, staff were smart, accommodating, warm, generous, friendly and reasonable. Great at receiving and executing extraordinary instructions. Kindest to pets!
