Overall, the price was high for the quality we got, we basically payed for location. The shower was clogged making it difficult to take a shower, and the toilet wasn’t working properly, it made noises after flushing. The sofa bed was broken and couldn’t be used as a sofa. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, there was dust and hairs on the floors.

The location was excellent to move around Strasbourg. The staff were very quick to answer with instructions on how to access the apartment. The apartment was clean, there were extra towels and they had Amazon Fire Stick which was great to watch a movie and relax. It was also quite spacious.

Spacious apartment in old townhouse in quiet back yard with view to the Cathedral tower. Close to the cosy part of town.

The appartement needs a good maintenance shoot: 2 window blinds missing, one window handle broken, in the toilet the washbasin is a bit clogged and the WC flush button remains stuck then the water flows unnecessarily, bulb missing in the single lamp providing good light for reading... Also, the announcement said slippers and toiletries were provided, but there were no slippers, and there was only a bottle of hand soap not suitable for the body...

The studio's location is clearly its greatest asset: 2 minutes from the Cathedral (the most crowded place in Strasbourg) but hidden in a very calm and charming small street/courtyard. Bed mattress new and of good quality.

Parking is not easy in the area, but this may be the price to pay if you want to be in the centre of Strasbourg.

Very close to the cathedral square and very quiet, as it was located in a private courtyard. Quite romantic. There was a little but of trouble entering, but the host was very helpful in solving the problem.

We had some problem with hot water in the bathroom, it was limited. An apartment is a bit old, there is no elevator.

Location was perfect. Stuff was very helpful and kind, thanks to him. Wi fi connection was very good.

checkin was made very complicated. being asked to continually phone when it is so very expensive to make an international call when the codes and WiFi passwords could have been sent by email before arrival would make things so very much simpler and easier for all involved. also mentioning in this communication that no 24b is behind the white gate would also be appreciated as we spent nearly 30 mins looking for the place! The one single bed is very hard we were just grateful there were only two of us so we didn’t have to sleep there

It was not clean upon our arrival - so I had to inform the person in charge to send a cleaning person to the apartment. They came and cleaned, so it was ok in the end, but this should not become a habit.

Very well located, spacious apartment. Cosy and warm in winter. Nice little kitchen, nice shower (hairdryer available).

- We were 3 adults. 4 people can sleep but clearly, the flat is more for 2 people (only 2 big towels, scarce cutlery…). - We had an issue with the key to open the entrance door, but the owner (cool guy) came immediately to replace the key. - The Wifi didn’t work.

- Location: the flat is located in one of the prettiest street of Strasbourg centre and in a quiet yard. - Comfy and clean

The location of the apartment was very hard to find. The directions given were at best brief and not so helpful. It took a long time to find the entrance to the apartment. The shower door cannot close and therefore water gets on the floor in the bathroom and then the kitchen. The toilet set is not attached to the toilet, which is dangerous. The stairs are very twisty and not much light to see. It is very hard to navigate and treacherous. They rented it for 3 people, but only cups, plates, etc for 2 people. They know of all these issues, but didn't communicate them at all with us prior to arrival.

The location is great. The shades on the windows were good. There are plenty of electrical outlets. The beds were comfy.

If the bed had 100% cotton sheets the experience would have been perfect. The sheeets must have had polyester because I sweated all night.

It was overall a great accomodation.
