The lighting designed so badly in the bathroom that it was impossible to apply make-up!! The expanding mirror which was attached on the wall was not flexible enough to serve anything. Bad bad bad, I am almost angry about it. I stayed in a hotel 1/2 of the price and bathroom had flexible mirror which stretched well to see my back of hair style. This is a terribly important for woman traveler. This hotel gas no such consideration.

Has a certain class, quiet, small and feel very private. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Received a complimentary bottle of Champagne in a room which was a nice gesture.

Typical to Paris, the price was expensive for the size of room. The room was supposed to be served with 2 fresh bottles of water daily which didnt happen - traveling with a newborn this was a little frustrating. Finally, we requested 1hr late check out which was denied.

The location was excellent for exploring Paris, in a very nice and safe area. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

I lived on the 7th floor, my shower water pressure was super weak.

The staff are super nice. The concierge are very helpful with calling taxi and suggesting dinner places. The bell boy was super helpful and fast and efficient!

The location is not quite close enough to the main spots but not that far either so after a full tiring day of walking/touring we did end up having to take cabs using Uber (which btw can take some time to get in Paris it seems). It is on a nice, residential, quiet, charming street though for sure which was a nice experience in itself.

The service and cleanliness were really impeccable. The room we chose was also well sized (we know how small they can get in major European cities like Paris). Particularly appreciated the exemplary, attentive service and level of cleanliness under these pandemic travel times!

Breakfast misses some more variety. No parking available, you can park on the street, but it costs €75/day. Public parking garages on 10 minutes walking distance.

Very friendly staff. Stefan and Berta have helped us very well. They were very friendly, warm and attentive. The location is perfect. a 10-minute walk from several historic buildings. Rooms are nice and clean.

I loved their hospitality, friendliness & professionalism. I had a warm & seamless reception, thanks to Marie-Frances and her colleagues. Was also lucky to get an upgrade to a premium room with a terrace, which had amazing views. I highly recommend this hotel.
