Wifi was a bit slow, but was very minor compared to all the goods about this place.

The staff was super kind, nice and very helpful, which made the stay much better. The room was cozy and warm with everything needed, and incredible view. Great location - quite street just by the city center. Will Recommend and come back, Thanks!

Big bed with high quality bedding. Squeaky clean bathroom with high quality towels. Hand written welcome card on bed. Bar & breakfast en site + parking (€8 a day). Dogs allowed (€10 per night). Not a problem for us, but there is no lift to the rooms on the 1st & 2nd floors, so not suitable for people who can't use the stairs.

From the moment we walked in we were absolutely delighted! The location was 5 stars, ideal location to walk to skiing, the room was very comfortable and I actually think their pictures don’t do the room justice because it is roomy and cozy. Jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed every night.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, nor other general toiletries. Just one big soap in the shower; for 450€ per night I would do a bit more. Breakfast is good quality but there was not such a wide choice.

The hotel is a like a big charming chalet. Every detail is carefully taken care and the atmosphere 100% mountain is guaranteed. Hosts are extremely gentle and waited for us 15 mins after the max check-in hour (h20). Everything is very clean.

We were expecting something a little bit more due to the price we paid. Everything in the hotel (bar, reception etc) closed at 8, so after that time whatever we needed we had to go outside. They offer only breakfast and some drinks during the day. No snacks or lunch dinner

The location is great. Is very nice hotel for cozy staying 2-3 days especially if you will spend most of the time outside doing activities instead of staying in the hotel. Also the employees were very nice and friendly. Trying to help us with whatever we need

Beds in the double room are seperated so if you are two people in the room, you may have a chance to fall into the middle of two beds. Hair dryers are not super so you need to really spend so much time to dry your wet hair.

Location of the place is good. Very close to the center. The mountain view of the room was excellent! Staff was so nice. They helped us with every issue. So enjoyable stay!

We loved this auberge, perfectly located in Chamonix! We liked that it was convenient to walk from the train station, and it felt like a wonderfully quieter part of Chamonix that was less touristy (still just a couple minutes walk from all shops and restaurants). Beautiful mountains views, cute and charming alpine decor, local products at breakfast, and the kindest staff! Coco was wonderful and helped us so much with recommending hikes, restaurants, etc. We also really enjoyed the hot tub & sauna - relaxing and romantic! We only wish we could've stayed longer.
