You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt's not didn't like,its about 3km from the town centre, if you have a car then no issue. Walking can be done too if you are happy to walk 45 minutes to go and 45 minutes back.
Comfortable clean room .serve the purpose. It got a beautiful courtyard which in summer would be a great place just to sit there.offers free, Carpark. There is a swimming pool, but it was too cold to use 🤣

NetherlandsOne night stay while exploring the area around Saint Florent. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The man working the front desk and the restaurant (maybe the owner?) was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but adequate for a one night stay with storage for luggage. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful, including the pool area where meals are served. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was delicious.

ItalyThe ferry to Corsica was very late, and we arrived late at night. We notified the manager of the delay (who only answered calls and never messages, and also speaks only French) before embarking. He gave us the willingness to call him once we arrived at the facility to let us open. Once we got there we called countless times but no one answered. We were forced to sleep in the car on the street due to the late hour, after an endless and exasperating journey. Terrible experience and unacceptable behavior of the hosts, who never replied or apologized for what happened.
