You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaA coffee maker, perhaps a kuerig would have been nice to have. We had to buy large quantities of sugar, cream & instant coffee for a 3 day stay which we had to leave behind.
There was no breakfast, however a grocery store was very close, as well as restaurants There was a fridge but no coffee maker or spoons

AustraliaNo meals are provided. We were not aware that aux Augustin’s is not a hotel. Lots of eating places in the vicinity. We learnt that some of the accommodation does have a kitchen. There is central courtyard which is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or enjoying a meal. The location is very close to the town centre and opposite the market square. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Avignon.

The warm greeting from Sabine was a wonderful way to start our vacation in Avignon. She was delightful and extremely helpful with lots of good information on what to see, and where to go. The room was spacious with our own private patio. The apartment was clean with everything you needed. We even had a small kitchen and took full use of it, having lunch on the patio. It was quiet and serene, exactly what we hoped for.

The manager Patrick is very helpful and acceded to our several requests outside the agreements for booking the rooms. Overall, a wonderful stay.

CanadaMy husband who spelt in bedroom but I on sofa,he got bugs bite all over woke up first morning.call management,we have another two nights,want to leave, he kept saying we brought it with our suitcase,we were at few stops before, nothing happen,prove was I was not in same bed no bite.he said no one ever had problem,threaten call ambulance and police to hospital to check prove is not their problem.follow email they call previous clients no one had issue case closed.we had to find Mercure to move, costing 400 euro,they refuse refund,it was in Avignon,terrible!!!!
