- A bit too dark at night in the front of the rooms. This could be an issue for people arriving very late and it can be a problem when entering the code in the door keypad late at night. During travelling is when we have these unfortunate situations when we have no light, mobile goes dead and so on.... Poor lighting here could cause trouble for some people accessing the rooms by having difficulties to enter code in keypad.

- Given the price and the overall quality of the room, it is very good value for money. - The "out of hours" check in machine is very good and convenient, but a bit impersonal (but that's fine) - Proximity with airport.

From my check in and check out I didn't really talk to 1 person. Not that I need a hug or anything, but that was a bit odd overall for a hotel

Nice and practical hotel for night stopovers... The out of hours check in machine is very practical. They should put it clearly in booking.com the use of that machine out of hours as it is very convenient and it saves us getting stressed up if a bit late (No mention of that machine in booking.com.

I had booked a room with twin beds but the beds were too close together - I was sharing the room with my brother - apart from separate duvets we were practically in the same bed. When booking a twin room we expect and want the beds to have distance between them.

Location happened to be close to where family lived so was ideal

The room was small but had most of the things that I needed. The location was good for an early flight, however still far enough to need a taxi so plan accordingly. The hotel is also very close to a bus stop that can take you to the city centre or airport

It was late But I did not like the idea of not meeting a receptionist It took ages in the dark to find how to enter my room .. but the telephone assistance did help..

Was very small, ok for a stopover. Would have been great if it had a kettle. Late night check in . Machine is good idea but very impersonal and I would have felt unnerved if alone as a female as the hotel is not near any others or on an industrial estate. A lm so strong smell of cigarettes I. Room although it says no smoking😂

Loved the cute mezzanine for the kids beds. Shower was powerful. Beds fairly comfortable. Room easy to find and signposted. Staff on the following morning were friendly and helpful. Cannot comment on breakfast facilities as not used. There were fond vending machines for out of hours

well, to start we were dropped to the wrong b&b hotel and as there are no staff we had to go to the motorway and eventually got a taxi to try and figure it out.
