The location was satisfying and cleaned. However the breakfast didn’t meet my expectation . It could be better if the buffet includes some veggies and/or fruits.

Bacon and eggs at breakfast could be better. Also thicker pillows. But all these not that important.

We just wanted a room to sleep. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean, close to train station (10 min walk) and within zone 1-3 of Paris transportation system, with parking for a small fee(compared to what other hotels charged). In short all excellent.

Breakfast was very basic. Also the street is very noisy 24 hours.,However, the rooms are quite. The windows are very good isolating.

The room freshner was too strong. No coffee maker in the rooms (maybe normal, it is a budget hotel).

Very good price, the rooms are clean and have a good view. No frills attached, just book for a good night sleep.

The last member of staff that we interacted with on the last day ruined the whole experience for us, we checked out on the 29th August and the ladies attitude and behaviour was very disappointing compared to the rest of the staff. Due to delay in our return flight we had spoken to the gentlemen at the front desk the night before and explained the situation, we were a group of 12 people and had 4 rooms. Had asked the gentlemen if it was possible to keep one room till 2pm as check out was 12, he said yes, made note of this and confirmed the other 3 rooms would be checked out by 12pm. The lady who was at reception on the day of check out was very rude, Eva did not try to understand the situation, instead was raising her voice and kept on saying “impossible you need to leave now” this happened a few minutes before 12pm, you can imagine how rushed and flustered we were when everything had been agreed the night before. Eva ruined the whole experience at the hotel due to her unprofessional behaviour, her rude attitude and showing no understanding of the situation.

The 3 staff at the reception that we had the most interaction with provided excellent customer service, they were very helpful and always ready to assist. Did not get their names but both gentlemen and the lady were very professional. There was always some at the desk no matter what time, we would return back to the hotel very late but they were always accommodating. Access to tram and train within walking distance.

We did have an issue however, with the information on the website. It mentioned that the reception would be closed as of 9pm, but since we were going to be in Disneyland until midnight this was quite stressful since we realized pretty late. Finally there was someone there to let us in and check us in, but if you plan on arriving late, let them know well in advance!

It’s pretty much what you’d expect. Good for one night. - surprisingly comfortable shower and beds were fine. 20 min drive from Disneyland and great option with (tight!) parking for those continuing on to Paris!

the place feels impersonal, the location is somewhat somewhat not relaxing by a busy road, information about how to get in and out of the gate was confusing both for me as a guest and delivery drivers, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

The bed are quite hard so not optimal for person having back pain. No hair dryer in the bedroom.

The location is good, you are near the highway and close to the subway so you can move around pretty fast. The hotal also give you access to a secured parking just book in advance. In the hotel the rooms are calm you dont hear anything from outside.

The bed was described as a double bed, but instead there were two beds pushed together, and both mattresses were not very comfortable, and extra stiff.. in need of an upgrade in my opinion

The location is great and the checkin process was very smooth and efficient. The underground parking is a big plus, but not ideal if you have a bigger car :-)

The women in reception didn't speak English, and it was difficult to communicate with them and get information. Especially one of them. I think that English language is necessary in hotels.
