The staff said that the city tax wasn't included, than i checked from booking reservation and it was tax included, the girl said sorry yes it's included. The printer had some issues and she said you can come back to take the receipt later.. I come back one hour later and i found another guy who said to me you have to pay the city tax, i tried to explain to him that with his colleague we spoked about this and it didn't even let me explain he spoked over me all the time saying she is new she dont know, i mean even she is new and the did some error he had to be patient and listen to the customer till the end. After that i sayed no problem i will pay the city tax. Than he charged me 3€ when i controlled from booking reservation was just 1.50€ city tax and i asked why 3€ when here's just 1.5€ and hed sayed this is for two persons. I sayed that the reservation is just for one person and this is my friend to help me with baggage and she will leave soon. He says that he can reimburse for me the 1.50€ but i sayed no i doesn't matter for me 1.50€ But customer service is more important that.

Like everything about the hotel even with the elevated price we paid due to the champions league final taking place. The rooms where very clean and comfortable and the staff and the facilities where more than expected. I would happily stay there again

The room had a strange smell and was crazy hot. On top of it the air conditioning was not working so it was hard to sleep. Alternatively you cannot open the window because it is too noisy. When we asked the receptionist for help the next morning she couldn’t be bothered to help. It felt a bit like she didn’t want to help because we are not French and my brother even tried to speak french. Apart from the night receptionist no one speaks english here. So we sent a message to the hotel and only got a reply two days later which is very disappointing. In addition it is inconvenient to go to the city by public transportation. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very clean, as shown on the pictures and has soundproof windows. The paid parking was safe and breakfast was simple but ok. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful night receptionist.

I was double charged for parking and had to go to the reception 3 times to get it resolved. The Bed was really hard, sleeping on the floor hard. I woke up with really bad back ache and ruined my day in Paris. I asked for a mattress toppper but my request was ignored.

Location not bad to walk to get train into the center of Paris. Underground parking, key code to get into room. New hotel and reasonable price.

Room clean and quiet, very comfortable beds, perfect for rest after the trip. Bath towels and basic cosmetics are available. The wifi was fast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. European breakfast, however coffee and scrambled eggs were really good.

Some of the staff was rude. The coffee machine wasn’t working two days in a row. The room was too basic, not even an iron or a phone in the room.
