Wi-Fi kept asking you to log-in and full details requested each time which was irritating. Other than that, it was really good.

Comfortable hotel for a 'pit-stop' as we travelled through France. The city centre of Reims was within easy reach. Room was clean and functional. Staff were friendly and it was an easy stay.

We went to check in ( 10.40pm ish) and the computer wasn’t working. It took over 30mins for staff to sort (reception was helpful - but I don’t know if it’s always manned?). Given the computer glitch, I’d be nervous to use this hotel again if turning up outside manned reception times.

Not exactly pleasant views but that’s not what we booked it for. My French is ok and we got by but I struggled to communicate with the staff over a more complicated question as there was no English spoken.

Easy location off the motorway. Handy to go to the hypermarche and fast food places across the road. Nice to have two single beds for the kids in the family room rather than a sofa bed. Breakfast very good and great central space to use in the evening to play cards and table football. Staff very friendly.

The bed is a bit too hard for me, but I think it’s typical for this price category. Also I had a car for a 10-min drive downtown, otherwise I am not sure about the transport…

Once again I was pleasantly surprised by B&B. For a budget hotel chain, it was really really nice. On top of that, it appeared to be a newer hotel, and the room was bigger than, say, in Colmar.

Bed was firm for me but wife said it was just right.

Breakfast facilities are clean and well set out, you can have cereal, eggs, bacon, toast or pastries. Good coffee machine and juicer. Room was clean, with Samsung tv and 6nations rugger plus premier league.

Comfy rooms, good location for a stop over on way to calais. Beds big and warm. Good shower, got a good sized car park in front of hotel. Restaurants very close (I recommend the Asian buffet restaurant which is 5 mins in the car)

Very clinical. Floor was lino so although it was clean, it felt a bit like a hospital room.

Overall it was good and a nice clean budget hotel but still a couple things which although not necessarily complaints, could appreciate a little more: - Only one towel was provided despite there being two of us and the bathroom does feel pretty tiny - Just generally feels very ‘budget airline’. Things are clean but a bit barebone

We used this as a stopover heading from Switzerland back to the UK. As such hotel is located well, and has a few shops in the surrounding area such as a maccies and large supermarket. Ample parking space

The WLAN access is annoying and you have to go through everytime you log on.

This is a business hotel, ideal for a night stop-over on your trip. It is located in the outskirts of Reimes and has enough parking. It is clean and has everything one needs.

Wi-fi connection was poor and it was hard to connect with the casting on the TV. There was no hand towel (only bath towel). And the shower gel was finished and not refilled.

Clean and well-maintained, code to access the door removes the need for key-cards.

When fire alarm went on early in the morning we didn’t get any expectations whether it’s accidentally happening or something actually happened.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, very good “all you can eat breakfast “ . There are decent restaurants in walking distance.
