The service at this small but perfectly formed hotel couldn’t be better - and the rooms are well thought out and comfortable. It’s a stone’s throw from the Arc de Triomphe and the Charles de Gaulle Étoile metro, with a couple of excellent restaurants right nearby. I was there during one of the big strikes so transport was limited but the staff were so helpful in finding taxis for me even when they were in high demand. Perfect for a business or tourist trip.

Sometimes people did business talking loudly on cellphones and zooming on laptops for 3-4 hours in the lobby area including breakfast room which really changed the atmosphere during that time. Fortunately, it did not happen every day. Otherwise, the hotel felt so peaceful and uplifting.

The breakfast was wonderful; the staff were great too.

This hotel is amazing, very clean and welcoming. It has a great location right next to the infamous champs elysées street. The staff are really kind, helpful and generous. We highly recommentd it, but we suggest taking the bigger room since the regular rooms are tight (this is the case for all the hotels in paris) P. S. The coffee is free :)

Staff was inconsiderate and kept making a big deal of me traveling alone. Housekeeping was also intrusive, reading notes I'd covered up on the bed upon check in (came back to find them uncovered, and this wasnt to make the bed. I had just checked in) and not announcing themselves before entering. Breakfast was buffet style (cold cuts on trays, boiled eggs) and left out for hours. Very overpriced. The first night sounded like work was being done on other rooms all night long.

The location was ideal. Early check in was nice.

Rooms were not cleaned when we arrived and for the cost of the rooms not very impressive.

Breakfast was very expensive and they did not have enough staff on duty. Plates provided were tiny.

Why you charge me 350£ for 1 night from 3 to 4 Novmber!? And the price is 275€ in booking and i have been there for 1 week for 260€ per night. And i make extand for 1 night and they ask me for 350€! Its very bad

Comfortable well locate 4* hotel near the Arch de Triumphe. Reviews an images were representative of the hotel. Staff very attentive and helpful even after my stay.

The room was small even though it was a Prestige room, but this is to be expected in a capital city, perhaps.

Everything, they charge me two times and before arrived and my reservation supposed to be charge me when I arrived. when i want to hotel they tell me they not charge and i pay full amount and I call bank to cancel the two payments they was in hold from hotel

Only location nothing else. Room not same pictures or even the size they mentioned. I don't know how the hotel became four stars. So bad :(

Pick us up as was agree!!!

After arrival at Paris airport, driver no show, we called his business, he said, he received a E-mail, staying to pick us up on 8/9/22; we said Wrong, we was suppose to be there on the 8th of Aug., he was insulting to my wife on the Phone and also insulting to me, I said pick us up now, or send someone, he said no!!! I had to get another cab, they are, Scammer, I want a refund!!!! Do not uses them again Luxurious Car Transfer, Paris France. Small lift and no bar but didn’t affect our stay in the slightest

Everything was just what we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The elevator was small but thank goodness there was one as well were on 5th floor. Our suite was spacious with lovely views. Cannot speak highly enough of Balmoral Hotel. Its now my hotel for Paris. 2 mins from Metro with lines 1 and 6 going to most tourist destinations. 3 minutes walk from L’arc de Triomphe and Champs Eleysé too. Buffet breakfast was more than enough to set you up for the day’s sightseeing. love this place 💜
