I would like to leave a very honest review. I have stayed to many many places and now travelling around Europe, and i have to say this is the WORST ever hotel i have ever stayed. The staff is very unfriendly, not helpful and not welcomed at all. The lady Annais was very unprofessional, every request we had it seems to be a issue. The baby cot was we requested, was provided (thank you for this), however i have never received such service from the hotel before. It has just been left unpacked on the reception. I have asked to help setting this up and provide duvet and sheets, and I have been refused. The member of staff that helped us with the luggage didn't even knew where our room was. I had to to iniative to find it myself. Disgusting and nasty smell in the hall where the rooms are located. Hair left in the bathroom. There is no lighting unless you look for it somewhere on the walls. The room itself is very old and in poor condition. It definitely needs a renovation. They do ask too much from their guests, (cleaning dishes, take the rubbish out) and not providing enough to their guests, despite that the guests are paying for the accommodation. So, please if you want to save your money, i highly DONT recommend this place.

The rooms were small and shabby. Bed is actually a pullout couch. Said it would sleep 4 people with bunk beds in entryway but not sure how that many people could move about at the same time. We were 2 per adjoining room which was enough. Ventilation was poor and air-conditioning nonexistent but they provided a floor fan on request. Kitchenette was adequate with all needed utensils soap and dish cloths. You need to bring your own salt and coffee etc.

Breakfast was good. Pool sauna and steam room were amazing. Paid parking garage for reasonable price.

Room very cramped. Beds were disgraceful, like something you would use as an extra for stay over guest with children, double bed was like sooo low to the ground a toddler could climb up on it and no lockers at bedside

Lovely hotel with super helpful staff. Room with a view of the mountain and cable car, the ski lockers downstairs makes this the perfect hotel for ski fans

There is nowhere in the bathroom to place toothbrushes etc and washbags except the floor! The room itself was dark, it could do with an extra light or two. The requirement for "speedo" style swimming trunks I find bizarre, as a fairly fit 73 year old I would not like to see myself in this type of clothing nevermind those who are fatter!! Please explain why?

I asked for a restaurant recommendation and all of them were closed. I limped at that time so I walked fir nothing around and when I confronted her about the recommendation, she knew that they werde closed. And they do not speak any english at the reception. Not acceotable for a hotel like this.

We loved this property, all the staff were great and really helpful, we had little extras for breakfast and the young girl with blond hair who worked in the restaurant, by day 2 was just getting it ready for us without us asking…. She was very sweet… We loved the pool facilities and spent a few hours down there… The staff who clean the rooms were very helpful too and helped with getting us a couple of extra pillows….. The man and lady on the desk were great too, the man asked us daily what we were going to do today, and upon return asked us if we had had a lovely day….. We very much love the Pyrénées mountains, so magical, we would definitely come back and stay if we ever visit that area again, but our plan is to try and visit lots of locations in the Pyrénées…. We have already recommended it some friends who might be visiting your area next year…. We also felt it was very “covid” friendly and lots of precautions set in place to protect everyone staying….. Thank you for a fabulous few days…. We envy you living in the mountains…. Beautiful area…..

The bed was horrible. We paid the usual price for the hotel but we got a clic-clac bed that made a curve in the middle spot so it was not comfortable at all! We move one time to another room because the first room has a broken bad, but we got almost the same thing. The balcony was a bit dusty and the bathroom not really clean (there were some brown spots in the curtain of the bathroom.

The staffs were super nice and fast response. The view is incredible because we have the river and mountain in front of the balcony! It's also close to the bus station, restaurant, shops, supermarket and tourism office.

The room had some rough spots: worn carpet, wall damaged under night stands, counter in bathroom worn, etc.

The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. Herbal tea was available there. Central location. Krystelle was an amazing staff member, as were other food service persons.
