Good location in a under-rated part of Paris, walking distance to many highlights (Louvre, Notre Dame, Quartier Latin, etc). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful; they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is tastefully furnished. You don't go to this hotel for the views from the rooms, but to enjoy Paris, the sights, the excellent (typically Parisian) restaurants in the neighbourhood.

From booking.com I thought the room had a balcony. Also the space was smaller than expected and impacted the value proposition. Breakfast sofas look nice but are less than comfortable 😅

The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful far beyond expectation. I've never had a guided tour even at 5 star hotels. The hotel itself was nice, the room very comfortable, and the location is great.

PERHAPS A MORE VARIED ROOM SERVICE MENU FOR DINNER. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, BUT THE SELECTIONS WERE FEW. OTHER THAN THAT, THERE WERE NO AREAS THAT NEEDED IMPROVEMENT.

EVERYTHING ABOUT HOTEL BAUME WAS A PLEASURE. THE STAFF IS PROFESIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. AMENITIES WERE VERY NICE, ACCOMODATIONS WERE LOVELY & LOCATION IS EXCEPTIONAL. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

We had a unique room which was small but well equipped. What makes it special is the balcony you can sit out on ( room 12) . The only downside was that the balcony was dirty . I filled a survey to the manager on the first day . In fairness they replied straight away and said they would look into it . We were there 4 nights and although the room was spotless no attempt was made to sweep the balcony . This maybe was more about maintenance than housekeeping

The location of this property is excellent . Only a short walk from the Luxembourg line if arriving from CDG airport . Staff are frisky and helpful . Housekeeping saw the birthday cards and a thoughtful gesture was 2 glasses of champagne and a handwritten note

The price of the tiny bottles of water. 4 euros was a little much for those, they could have been complimentary and there wasn't a coffee machine in the room either. That would have been nice to enjoy

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to many shops, restaurants, cafés and the metro! The staff was lovely and very friendly. The rooms were large, lots of storage space, and we had a view of the Oden theater, which was stunning! It was quiet for being a smaller hotel too! Overall great hotel, would stay here again!

The room insulation isn't the best so you hear everything your upstairs and side neighbours do, which is irritating when they arrive late at night and you are trying to sleep. The pipes are also quite loud and for some reason the towel hangers are set to 1.90m??? I'm a short person so I really struggled to hang my towels. Another thing that irked me was that the overall lights of the room are warm except the bedside table lights, those are cold. So when you go to turn on the ambient lights at night you get two different light sources which for my light sensitive eyes was not ideal.

Jungle shower and comfortable bed and nice interior. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Good location for transport and plenty of restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and its location is fantastic, quiet yet convenient. Staff is ever extremely helpful and attentive. In all, the stay is very pleasant. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel and I will come back again.

Our intital room offered was not acceptable.

Original room booked was a door off the bar with a window that was the smoking terrace. For £400 a night I would have expected not have to to worry abour the noise at night from the bar area. Very small room also. We spoke with reception and were offered to upgrade for an additional £150 a night! We negotiated given the size and location of the original room and settled on an amount and we were moved. Hotels location is PERFECT for getting around and lovely little local restuarants made up for this. We stayed for 3 nights, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom on the small size but we didnt spend much time in the room. I would return with a discount.

This is my favorite hotel in Paris. The location is perfect. Next to the Odeon and a short walk to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. I love the decor and the staff is always charming and helpful.
