Air-conditioning is advertised but what they don’t tell you is that they decide when it will be activated. The room was very hot but the response to why the air-conditioning didn’t work is that the staff did not have the authority to turn it on because it would be on for the whole building. This apparently also applied if your room was too cold! Ridiculous. If you opened the window to let air in, then it wasn’t possible to sleep because of the noise, which negated the advertised sound-proofing. If you get a room on the ground floor, the numbers are called ‘001’ for instance. If when questioned as to what room number you have, they do not understand the answer ‘1’ - really odd!

Breakfast was quite poor. Bed linen and bathroom towels were amortized and renewable.

I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel, it felt like 3 stars. My friend said that her bathroom was freezing cold when she entered the bathroom in the evening. Also, when I booked the room, it looked colourful. But it was totally black and white, with white tiles also partially covering the wall. I found the room very "triste". I think the hotel needs a bit of renovation and refreshment to feel like a 4 star hotel.

Very quiet hotel, no noise from the streets. Comfortable beds. Staff was very polite and helpful. I had left luggage at the reception and in the evening they had already brought it into my room. Spacious bathroom. The heating was turned on when I came into my room in the evening.

The only negative was shower was missing door half but that didn’t prevent us from using it.

Close to Gare du Nord and steps away from metro station of line 7. Clean, quiet room, big comfortable bed. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because many cafés nearby but the price seemed correct. Staff very pleasant.

The lovely bathroom was very cold when I arrived - the window wasn't properly insulated. Granted, it was very cold outside, but that's also when you most long for a warm, comfy bathroom! I could also have done with fewer mirrors (huge and on almost every wall, including the toilet's).

Nice room, exceptional bathroom (especially the bath) and wonderful towels. Comfortable and practical for an overnight stay. Excellent public transport links.

Hotel located close to the center of Paris, with a metro station right next to it and easy access to the main tourist attractions such as the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette and others. Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms and a good bed.

The room is a bit small and took too long for my room to be ready (30 minutes past check in time).

very good location! the receptionist was very sweet and we had travelled for more then 10 hrs when we reached there, she was kind enough to give us an early check in.
