Passersby looking in windows since it’s on ground floor of a popular walking path so the shear curtains need to remain drawn. The place wasn’t well cleaned and had a few light bulbs out in bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen needed a bit more lighting and there is bit of deferred maintenance in bathroom.

Located on the edge of the old town and close to everything needed. Good size open plan living room and kitchen for 2-3 people, comfortable bed, decent range of amenities. We were comfortable overall.

The communication with the agent was excellent throughtout our stay. The area was charming and convenient for beach, transport and cafes, shops etc. Street quiet and yet near everywhere we needed.

the locks for the interior door were difficult to use. Both were broken and needed to be handled gingerly. The unit was a little tired.

The location was terrific. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The living room was cutely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils.

This is a charming perfectly located well equipped 'old Antibes' apartment! Everything you need in the kitchen, comfy sofa and telly combo, modern bathroom and shower, clothes washer and large bed and wardrobe.

We did not have car, so it wasn't a problem at all, but parking nearby is not possible. If you are taller than 190cm, watch your head, this apartment was built long ago when people were a bit smaller :)

Romantic apartment in a unique neighbourhood. Furbished with great taste, but the apartment is still functional and well equipped. You can feel that you are important for the host. We spent 4 nights here, and we were really sad to leave. A super choice for couples!

Very good location in Old town Antibes. In a beautiful quiet street just by the military headquarter. Very clean and everything we needed. Even a beach parasoll, white wine and bottled water in the fridge. Nice kitchen, bedroom and bath. Two airconditioners.

The apartment was superbly located, and had everything we could possibly need. It was immaculately clean. The host was attentive and helpful and Sophie who checked us in was lovely, kind, and extremely helpful with information about the apartment, area, what to see and do etc..

Max is a wonderful host who was very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that: - the apartment size was very comfortable for us (we were three adults) - it is completely equipped (coffee machine, ironing board, washing machine, parasol, beach bag, etc.) - the room and bathroom are bright with roof windows (with blinds) - the wifi works perfectly (useful for remote work) - the apartment is in the old town with its pretty streets, restaurants and market places - the train station, some beaches and Juan-les-Pins are within walking distance (count 25mins for JLP) - the street is quite calm so it's not an issue that the living room is on the ground floor on the street side Thanks!

It was very dark, there were no instructions of how to operate the washing machine and the shower, which was difficult to use. Some days when we came back it smelt damp.

Entrance and front door needs makeover - feels like you are entering a public housing building. Bed very uncomfortable. Upgrade and have white sheets. More than one pillow. As an AirBnB manager I know these are easy fixes, and would make huge difference to comfort. Finding where to drop luggage was tough. You have to drive along wall and come in back but Maos won’t find it.

Internet was patchy while we were there so wasn’t ideal for checking work emails and filling out immigration forms. The bed was too hard for my liking and it felt like we were sleeping on a plastic mattress pad - it was noisy when either my husband or I moved while sleeping so we didn’t rest as well as we would have liked.

The location of the property was excellent! The owner, Max was very communicative and responsive. He was also helpful when asked for the location of the nearest Covid-19 test centre. The washing machine was a nice addition. Kitchen was fully equipped but we didn’t do any cooking as there were so many good restaurants in the Old Town area.
