Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Couple minor things would have made a big difference like more toilet paper so no need to go shopping rather than skiing, should def have at least 1 roll per day of stay. Also a basic welcome pack would be nice, fresh milk bread etc would be lovely touch and again eliminate need to go shopping right away rather than skiing and also if people arrive later in the day.
Very clean and spacious!

We couldn’t work out how to use the smart microwave oven!
Stunning apartment & so cosy. Beds comfy & perfect size for a family of 4. Loved the terrace overlooking the mountain. Great parking. Not too far walk into town. Felt safe. Very quiet.

The kitchen has everything but is not so practical. The oven is not hot enough for some dishes and the pots and pans are fairly low quality. If you intend to eat out, no problem, but not ideally suited to cook you own meals every day.
Check-in was easy. The keys were is a locker. We received the code the day before our arrival. The living room is OK but the best thing was the balcony: very nice to eat and relax outside on the balcony. The beds were comfortable, we slept very well. We had our own private parking space in the underground parking. The location is close to the center but remarkably calm (for the apartments facing south).

Toiletries are not provided, although mentioned on booking.com and on photos, only 2 hand soaps, so prepare yourself for the first day. Small bedroom has a fake window, so actually no light/fresh air in a room. Very poor wifi, it is good for a basic browsing or facebook - but the speed is very low (google photos sync couldn't upload 10 photos per night)
Very good location, mountain view from our apartment, underground parking, washing machine and a dishwasher. Nice balcony.

Not much to fault. Would suggest buying a non stick frying pan.
Excellent stay in this accommodation. Clean, warm, good facilities and comfortable. 5-10 minute walk to centre of town for restaurants/bars. 30 second walk to the bus stop to catch the #14 to Brevent and also under a 5 minute walk up the hill to Plannards. We would book this accommodation again.

nothing we didn’t like I think the only thing I would say is that it would be nice if you had some milk / bread in the apartment just incase you arrive late and no shops open. and I would say more than one toilet roll as we had to go and buy it.
The location was really good walking distance to town and ski bus. It had everything we needed including your own boot and ski locker downstairs which was good. the staff were really helpful and friendly before and during our trip. it was spacious enough for 4 adults staying.

Would have been great to be shown around the apartment when we arrived, however I appreciate we were arriving Saturday afternoon.
Really nice little apartment in a good location. Really short walk from the train station to reach other ski areas, and not too far to walk to the main lift in Chamonix. Although we had some small issues regarding facilities, it was quickly rectified and all worked out in the end. Accommodation staff were quick to respond when we contacted them. Grocery shops are about a 10 minute walk away.

On the advertisement inform features that do not exist on the build. ( tennis court, bikes and so forth) We not received the information about the keys previously, they left us for hours waiting for information. Only after we call hundred times and almost night the accept the phone call and shared the right information. Very disappointed. Firstly, I thought it was a scam.

There was a coffee machine but sadly no pods for the machine or any advice of what size to buy hence we bought 3 packets of pods which did not fit, we did enquire through the office but they also did not know what brand we needed to buy. The kitchen is extremely compact with very little prep space, it has a hob and multi purpose microwave with tableware that was not suitable for microwaves so this made meal preparation quite tricky.
Well located on quieter outskirt of Chamonix, easy 10 min walk to the centre. Clean and tidy and well equipped and nicely presented.
