We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWhen we checked in they assigned us the wrong rooms. We paid extra for two larger rooms, both with a view. When we checked in the desk assigned us one super small room and one room with no view. When I went back to the desk, the lady who checked us in seemed very confused why we booked the bigger, more expensive rooms if we did not have the number of people who align with those rooms. She told us she did not have the rooms I reserved until I pressed hard for the correct rooms. Ultimately we ended up with the correct rooms. In fairness, I speak very little French and the lady helping us only spoke a little English so I attribute a lot of the confusion to the language barrier. Just make sure you have a copy of your reservation in case there is confusion. One other tip, stay on the top floor. The restaurant is LOUD when open.
The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and views were lovely. The hotel had ample parking and was conveniently located near CERN, Geneva, and Lake Geneva. On the first night we ate dinner at the hotel and also paid for the optional breakfast. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast was well stocked but with the exception of hard boiled eggs, all cold items.

NetherlandsThe hotel is conveniently located to approach the Geneva airport (20 min drive), which was an important criteria for us having to catch a 7am flight. The place looks like a nice ski resort accommodation and has a spacious restaurant on the elevated ground floor (we haven't had our dinner there as we were checking in quite late, but it looked quite nice). The room itself is of a good size (not too small), offering everything you need, there's also a nice balcony.

Very friendly, polite and helpful personnel. The location of the hotel is remote but has fantastic views. Large parking lot. The restaurant is very nice with good choice of dishes except for vegetarians.

Experience was very welcoming and warm, from reception until restaurant personnel. I was alone and they made sure I would not feel that way. Half-board is recommended as the breakfast has high quality items (eg fresh juice, market cheese and crunchy breads). The restaurant is beautiful and serves an incredible amount of local dishes from comfort food to signature dishes.

NetherlandsThe reception staff member - sorry to pick on an individual, but he wan't welcoming at all, and didn't offer any apology when our room wasn't ready on arrival (we had to wait nearly an hour despite arriving exactly when we'd said we would), then ignored us for a long time whilst he was laughing on the phone, then rarely smiled or said anything in a friendly way. It's really important that customers get a good first impression - we nearly walked away before making it to our room, and then spent the rest of our stay dreading having to ask him for anything. Such a shame, because everything else was great. A few hooks in the room would have been helpful.
The restaurant waiting staff and the cleaners were extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful (two of the more senior evening waiters and the young woman at breakfast in particular made our stay very enjoyable). As residents of the hotel, we didn't have to book a table for dinner, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony even when the restaurant was closed. Despite the clouds during our stay, the view is amazing and the food wonderful. The staff were happy for us to take plates and cutlery up to our room to eat our own picnic, and offered us extra chairs for the balcony (we were a bit surprised that in a 4-bed room there were only two chairs). We were glad to be in the end room as there was an extra window which we needed to open at night for some air - there was no air-conditioning and it did get very hot.
