we had problem with checkin because the room was not ready at 15 but the stuff sort it out and changed the room but after little discussion.

breakfast was better than what is on the reviews, cheese, ham, jam, bread and juice and coffee and breads. for the price i think it was good, small but clean and parking was easy. good for short stay

It’s located at a sort of industrial zone.

The room was small, but clean and with airconditioning. The bathroom was clean aswell. It’s located out of the centrum of Colmar but we had bikes so a 15 minute bike ride and we were in the center. It’s nothing special, but pricewise, can not complain.

1) The room wasn’t clean enough and wasn’t cleaned regularly. We’ve stayed for 5 days and our sheet’s was never changed with new ones. It was dusty and our hairs was on then all the time. 2)When taking bath, water volume was extremely low. As a person I took 5-10 min in bath but here it takes min 20 minutes. 3)We were 2 person staying, and there was only 2 large towels in bathroom. We asked for extra, one for drying our hands, two for drying our hairs. But they said we can only have 2 large one in our bathroom and didn’t give extra ones. 4)There was spider web in the shower and cockroach in the bathroom. 5)Wi-Fi wasn’t available in our first day, I think there were few people staying that day, but following days when more people came and wifi started working mysteriously.

1) It was cheap. We paid 330 euros for 5 nights without breakfast. 2)Free car park. 3) Kind and helpful personnel.

The only negative thing I have to say is I had problems with the wifi connection, but that didn't bother me much..I wouldnt mind staying here again..also the location is very far from downtown.. If you rented a vehicle I recommend staying here..If you plan on visiting here for few days and came to Colmar by bus I recommend staying something much closer to downtown.

There were bugs in the room. After I called the nice lady from the reception, she came by and remove one of them. Later 5 more were crawling underneath the bed and on the pillows. It was disgusting. I canceled the other night and I did not sleep the whole night. I could not wait to leave.

The only constructive feedback would be that the pillows should be better and it should be possible to close the blinds and prevent sunlight so early in the day, but it was still great overall.

Very surprising to see this facility has 3 stars. It looks like a motel. You directly enter your room from the parking area which is open to public. You don't feel secure. The room is not suitable for families. Too small especially with an extra bed. The furniture was very cheap and old. The bathroom was archaic.

The room was clean. The staff was kind. The breakfast was fairly well.
