We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceThere is no hairdryer in the bathroom, but you can request one at the desk area. I suppose that it is because of covid, there was no kettle available in the room.
The staff is excellent. Very polite and friendly. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. The area is extremely quiet. The room was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. The food provided was varied and fresh. You have the possibility of making coffee from the reception area, but I don't know if this is only available while the reception is opened. For this Kyriad hotel, I was pleased to get the Kyriad quality I am used to and was expecting. There are a number of restaurants available in the area.
