Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was a real disappointment. Small, basic and needs a refurb. The tv choices. Only about 5 channels worked. All were in French.
Seemed like a fun place for a group to stay. Walking distance from Nice airport

Paper cups in room
Great location, staff were friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks were perfect before our early morning flight and complimentary shuttle bus was seamless and on time!

There was no evening entertainment at the hotel as stated in the booking and everywhere seemed to shut really early. We took a train too which was an awful experience as it was rammed and coming back I tried to pull my 2 daughters on the train with me and the doors shut and nearly took my arm off. Luckily my daughters are adults so they waited for the next train while I made my way back alone. It made us all very anxious and have vowed never to take the train again!
Pleasant stay here and the staff were lovely especially Lenry & Aleida who work at the restaurant. Close to the airport and tram stops so it was really easy to get on a tram and go to the next town.

I have been here like 5 times and always there are other persons at the reception. Sometimes they ask for a deposit of aprox 200 Euro which the manager confirmed that is not necessary anymore, while the rule was taken out, but next time it was again.
I like that was close to train station and has a restaurant open till 22:00, which was very good for late arrival. Very good breakfast.

We had a first floor room that had bright lights outside all night.
Location for the airport excellent and good transport into the centre. Staff welcoming and helpful. Kettle and tea. Car parking.

Location to airport terminal 1 is minutes by foot. Staff very accommodating.

The hotel feels expensive for what is in essence functional rather than comfortable. The fact that no breakfast is included for the price I paid seems unnecessary - a continental breakfast would cost the hotel very little and make me far more likely to re-book than having to spend extra money I guess what one is paying for is the proximity to the airport, but it still feels over priced for what it is. Staff on the front desk seemed hassled at check in/out time - admittedly there were lots of people on both occasions and service seemed in short supply (in contrast the restaurant team were welcoming and friendly).
Pick up from airport was efficient and appreciated, and the proximity to the airport was great given the demands of our schedule. The provision for food in the restaurant was excellent given the time of arrival. The rooms were very clean and the floors quiet despite having close to full occupancy.

If you have a car, parking is very limited. An employee went out of his way to help us get decent parking. Y ou are able to find the tram to the city but those that are not used to that form of transport or who are not adventurous should call for a car.
Extremely close to the airport which is what we were looking for and they had a shuttle to the airport. There is access to a tram to the city. Very pleasant and helpful workers.

Only stayed here for proximity to airport. Stayed 2 nights - any longer and we would have stayed in Nice. Don't do the buffet dinner. A disaster.
Short walk to the arport which was important for us given a very early flight out. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast (only had one) was ok.

The beds are not that comfortable, and the fittings etc a bit rough. Our toilet smelled too.
It’s close to the airport, easy access to the tram, with a taxi rank outside. The breakfast is good, as is the food, but you are close to a number of other places to eat. Th J He staff are great and very helpful.

Air Con struggled to cool room but it was a very hot day/ night 30 C +

Everything ok for the price.
The lobby, bar and terrace were nice. Room adequate for an overnight stay. Very convenient for the airport and transporation into town. Take the number 12 bus. On arrival you have to ring for the shuttle. Traffic horrendous!
