We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI got bach ache sleeping on the bed. The bedding was very lightweight so as I had a double bed I was able to fold over the other half of the bedding to give me more warmth.There was no tea or coffee facility in my room.
Convenient location for many restaurants but most on the other side of busy junction.No pedestrian crossing.There was one buffet restaurant almost next door and this had a good selection of food and drink but at about €25.The last two days I was able to get food and beer at Kryad Direct.

United KingdomThe location was on a sleazy, run down industrial estate among derelict, abandoned retail units who's empty car parks had been occupied by travellers. When walking around trying to find somewhere reasonable to eat local youths shouting abuse out of car windows didn't add anything positive to the experience either! The establishment is clearly a former Campanile but the similarity ends there - room layout and furnishings are identical but a general state of dilapidation exists throughout. Bedding and towels, while 'clean' were threadbare, the door to the bathroom wouldn't shut properly, the toilet wouldn't flush, the kettle etc you find in a Campanile was absent. Although it is conveniently situated near to the motorway intersection the traffic noise is relentless. We ate there in the end because there was simply no other choice other than the dodgy looking place next door or getting on our bike and heading into town on a potentially unsuccessful mission to find anywhere open other than take-aways - but the food served up at the Kyriad was appalling. Beer and cigarette breath and an 'in your face attitude' of the lady on reception, while quite funny, did nothing to add to the ambiance either! We had been on the road in France for almost a month by the time we arrived here and stayed in all manner of accommodation but this was by far the worst!
Very little to like - convenient for onward travel, large car park, it was cheap, the breakfast buffet was passable - unfortunately that's the only positives I can think of!
