My fee/price at booking increased/changed when I arrived. I got charged more that the price agreed. Also the shuttle bus from the hotel to Disney was most of the times delayed and overloaded

Would have been helpful if booking.com informed you bus stop number (I) was where you needed to pick up the bus to take your to your hotel. One of the bus drivers was not helpful but maybe language barrier was a problem.

Location, Breakfast and late bar with food Ordered pizza and the best pint of beer ever gone 23.30 at night. Well ventilated room, can open window right out especially helpful in the hot summer.

Although the room itself was reasonable value, €15 parking for guests is expensive. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast, particularly with big groups, so recommend getting there early. They were also strict on not taking bags in, which is understandable but a bit inconvenient to leave it outside in a locker when you have to take specific things for small children etc.

The location of the hotel was perfect for Disneyland, about 8 minute drive. We also had a room at the back with a view over the fields with gave a relaxing atmosphere. The kids loved the little playground and the mini farm, and we even ventured out the back towards the lake which was a beautiful peaceful walk in the evening. We were also able to get Deliveroo there which was a bonus!

The shuttle service from Disneyland to the hotel after the fireworks display. We ended up taking an uber instead because there were a lot of people but no availabile shuttle.

The room is not that big but has enough space for a family. The interior is nice and homey.

The fixed buffet on breakfast. i like omolet but i could not request the Chief to prepare. The restaurant is very busy in the breakfast time. Long waiting some days.

the shutlle is amazing and excellent. in the breakfast we liked the fresh bread and bio milk (lactose free). the hot water in the room 24h is amazing and the extra bed for kids. the hot chocolate in the bar and paned sandwich was delicious.

-the shuttle was always overcrowded -if you arrive later for breakfast some things were finished -the games in the reception were too expensive(3eur for 1 game) and they did not exchange money at the reception and payment by card was not possible for the games. -some mould in the corners of the room -hallways smelled -family room is quite tiny, ok for 2 nights but not longer -paid parking 15eur per day

It was close to disneyland and had a free shuttle. Good choices for breakfast if you arrive early enough Beds were comfortable The animals were cute and well taken care of.

No fridge in the room, when travelling with children we always have food available in the room for them and a fridge would have been beneficial to keep this cool. I would also have liked a kettle in the room as standard.

The hotel was lovely and clean, there was a play area outside for the children. Some outdoor seating would have been a benefit here. Good location and very good value for money

The shuttle bus to the parks was conveniently timed and frequent. The room was great and clean enough. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Room was nice and quiet.

I asked at the bar for some hot water for baby's milk and they charged me 2.5 euro and when I asked for receipt they gave me one with 0 amount on it. I didn't like that at all

Air con didnt work, small flush on toilet was broken. Bed was very hard. Restaurant had limited options and quite expensive although the food was good, a few healthier options or smaller choices would have been nice.

Staff friendly, restaurant staff fab with the kids. Close to disney, we stopped here for one night after a week at disney.

Breakfast was okay. There was no brown bed which was difficult for us and also not much options for vegetarians.

Bus was always late! Terrible. My room was directly above the bus stop so super loud! No additional insulation for that room. Asked for extra towels, never got it. Asked for tissues, told to use toilet paper.

Just a suggestion, if there will be fully booked days hotel should provide 1 shuttle bus for each hotel. Because the shuttle bus/es from the hotel to Disney is always fully packed. 1 bus for 4 hotels is not good, you have to wait 20 minutes for the next one to arrive.

Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast was okay. Hotel rooms are clean it was just as what we expected from our 3 days 4 nights stay. Over all good service and it's close to Disneyland.

A major and annoying problem was the bus or shuttle to Disneyland. It was usually too crowded and unsafe. Perhaps an idea during peak hours would be to have more buses or one bus per hotel.
