Working hours for kitchens of the restaurants were shorter than the restaurants and were not indicated anywhere. Wasn’t big issue since the staff helped out. The rest was perfect!

Everything. Super comfortable bed, the steamer in the room, spa, jacuzzi, rooftop terrace, food and cocktails - everything was perfect. And the staff super friendly and helpful.

The extra charge/cost and time limitation for using the spa and swimming pool facilities for hotel guests.

Good location next to the Cannes Marina, the old town and the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Good breakfast on the last floor of the building with nice views. Friendly staff.

Pool too frequently out of service for private events, service at the restaurant very slow.

Good room with a beautiful seaview (even if with big constructions), very close to the center and the restaurants area.

It would have been great to be able to order a cool drink at the pool.

Fantastic location at the edge of the Port overlooking the boats with beautiful late sunrises. Easy access to all shopping, bars, restaurants, beaches. Room had a great view, very comfortable large bed, superb appointments, roof-top bar and pleasant staff. The rooftop pool is definitely a bonus.

Breakfast was a train wreck. Bacon tray empty, scrambled eggs empty. One guy was cooking omelettes for like 6 people standing in line, pastry table was empty before the end of breakfast and there were no coffee mugs next to the two coffee machines, one of which was not working. Managed to get a mug only after asking. Breakfast staff looked like they have no idea how to manage a hotel breakfast.

Great room, great views, friendly staff, clean.

In general it was a good stay – a bit overpriced for what it is (at the moment).

As described above, the hotel will be nice once finished, but for the price we paid it felt a bit overpriced to be in a hotel that is still in construction. It was a very long walk to get to the pool, first you have to come down to the reception, then a long corridor (about 3 min walking), then a elevator up 1 floor, then another long corridor to get to the pool area (which feels a bit unfinished) - plus there are no bar facilities at the pool. Maybe, once the hotel is finished, it will have a better/quicker access to the pool area, though it doesn't seem that way. *The pool is half outdoors, half indoors.

It's a very new hotel, that isn't quite finished – quite a few of the facilities aren't open to the guests yet; such as the spa, also there are plenty of parts still in construction, which you can sense. The staff were really great, friendly, helpful and always in a good mood - a special mention goes to Carmen on reception, who was a delight and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. The location was just at the end of the Marina, in front of where the ferries to St Tropez, etc leave from. It's a 10-15 min walk to get into the centre, Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, etc and the historic neighbourhood of Le Suquet is just behind the hotel (nice streets filled with quaint shops, bars and restaurants to explore). In general it was a good stay – a bit overpriced for what it is (at the moment). The rooftop restaurant is really nice, as is the coffee bar on the ground floor (though it is very expensive, at the time we stayed, August 2023, it was 9.50€ for a cafe latte, but that is Cannes in general, with about 7€ being the norm).

I had really high expectations from staying at this hotel. I read the reviews and were very good. The room was nice and bed very big and comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate. But the bedlinen was shocking. They never changed the sheets and pillow cases during the 5 days we stayed over and there was no error from our end in terms of asking not to be changed or putting one of this forms on the bed that says ‘do not change’. The light in the bedroom is also not bright at all. And when I checked the bed before we left I nearly vomited. It’s impossible to describe the state of the bedlinen. These were so filthy with yellow/brown marks (anyone could understand what these marks were) everywhere incl the pillow cases, the sheets and duvet cover. The cleaning lady camouflaged all by keeping all fully covered and it’s my fault that I haven’t noticed of course but I wasn’t expecting this. I called the manager to come and see with her own eyes and she was equally shocked and disappointed. Of note I paid 800 euros per night for this room. She was very professional, kind and apologetic and she asked what she could do for us. But it was too late. We were about to leave. I have never in my whole life experienced such a level of filthiness in a hotel. And the worse of all is that I had my 9 year old daughter with me which made me even more upset thinking she was sleeping on this disgusting bed linen. And as I said this was 800euros per night. Shocking. Very disappointing ending which left a very bad taste.

Very good location and staff was really excellent and always very helpful except the old short man serving at the breakfast. He was the most rude and unhelpful person in the hotel. The rest of the staff was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good and the views from the breakfast area amazing. Swimming pool was nice too. Hotel overall was very clean. Bathroom was immaculate and had nice towels.
