Strategically well Located just in front of the beach and very easygoing atmosphere. Pools and gym and a nice restaurant with Smiling young staff. Although we arrived quite early the front desk lady allowed us into our airconditioning room, so it was a real treat! Walk in shower was also a nice surprise.

It should be made clear before booking that the restaurant isn’t open on a Sunday. However the pizza place opposite is very good but you must book as it gets very busy. It has proper homemade wood fired pizzas and when they are all gone they are gone!

Price was was too much higher on Booking.com than if we had gone direct. This meant our expectations were a bit higher than perhaps the hotel could provide.

The room didn’t include everything that was promised, and toiletries only included one bottle of shampoo/shower gel. Overall the room was very expensive when including the parking and a fee for pets. I personally don’t think it was That great compared to more affordable beach resorts. Initially the hotel wanted to charge an extra €250 for the dogs for only five days, which I thought was absurd, but after my request lowered it to €150.

Very close to the beach. free access to gym. Beautiful room and a nice balcony. Good surroundings for walking dogs. complimentary water and welcome gift for the beach. Great breakfast (12€). Nice Italian restaurant next-door. great Place for a beach holiday, I can recommend!

Not much to complain about! Wifi was not always reliable.

We absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. The location was fabulous, only metres from the beach, and within walking distance of the port, a funfair and so many activities for families. The beach is beautiful and big, so that it didn't feel crowded. The two swimming pools are great and so clean. The decor of the hotel is gorgeous, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fab. The staff were so nice, always smiling and helpful. The ground floor rooms have big terraces with a lovely swing. I loved this place!!

Access to beach, slightly miss leading as you have to walk through the car park, not parklands..also the beach bar is not part of the hotel so guests have to pay for loungers...otherwise it was very nice but a bit over priced in our opinion...saying that we really enjoyed our two night stay..

Relaxed hotel by the beach close to restaurants and shops. It was really good to just lounge in the veranda near the pool, and just not do anything.

Beware of hidden charges. Despite booking for 2 adults and a child and paying for this all upfront, I was hit with a hidden charge for the kids bed. I’ve never come across this before and having reviewed all my documents, this is definitely a charge they keep quiet until you’re there. As part of booking.com, the local charges to be paid are clearly laid out and this wasn’t a charge mentioned. As a gesture they did offer a free ‘express’ breakfast, but even that left a bad taste as it consisted of a member of staff herding us away from the Buffett and policing what we ate. Did not feel comfortable at all and I’d have rather had the option to eat elsewhere.

Hi. We stayed in Capao Hotel last weekend. We liked excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, promenade, shops. Breakfast was very good selected. Comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Great restaurant in hotel !

Only one small thing, the family rooms are one the second floor whiteout elevator. The stuff helped with our luggage’s though :)
