You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Such a lovely place to stay with amazing gardens and pool. The breakfast is great and Pascaline is so friendly and welcoming. Its a good 45 min walk to St Malo but the bus is easy to catch and runs every 15 minutes if you don’t fancy the walk

Nice manor house with huge private garden and pool inside. The room (Petit bré) is perfect. Breakfast extraordinary, at least 15 sorts of cheese, Pasqualie is a greathost and provides many, many usejul Information.

The building and grounds are just beautiful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, we also loved the pool and spa! Pascaline (the owner) is lovely and very attentive, the place is absolutely spotlessly clean. Great breakfast each morning. Just a wonderful place to stay and relax, we can't wait to return!

United KingdomThis house is set in a quiet beautiful location, very close to St. Servan and St. Malo. The room was very comfortable with everything you might need. The rest of the house is tastefully decorated and very clean. It was great to have the use of the pool, hot tub and garden. We enjoyed the complimentary water and hot drinks. There is an honour bar which was a nice touch. Local good quality produce is used for the breakfast which is plentiful and tasty. Pascaline is an exceptional host and takes great pride in this family home ensuring you have everything you need for your stay

Beautiful property with magnificent gardens. Facilities were great, including the pool and jacuzzi. Sauna was unfortunately out of action during our visit. The continental breakfast was delicious and staff kind and helpful throughout. Our room (suite) was a great size and the furnishings were very comfortable. However, it was so hot despite the fans and ideally this could be optimised. Overall, we had a relaxing stay.
