First night's dinner was delicious but rushed. The restaurant was closing early 19:30, so we could only have a set menu. No drinks were offered

Location. Within walking distance of attractions but in a quiet area. Car parking on site. Staff were welcoming. Aircon was appreciated.

The bed is okay, but didn’t have nice pillows. They have a machine to warm water, for tea and coffee, but was dirty in my room. Everything else was okay.

I like the location, and the treat given by the property staff. The breakfast is great, and with a cheap cost.

An extended time frame for breakfast would have been better from 7am to 9am to 7am to 10am .

No free parking in front of hotel but there is a free parking at around 500m away. It's not too bad

In general the apartment was good and nice location close to Lourdes, also it had 2 bathroom which was good since we were 4pax

the terrace on the roof of the hotel: minigolf, chess table and seat all really nice but a bit more cleaning in the area could make them all more pleasant

The bathroom was hard to handle. And we honestly tried to avoid using the loo in the room. The shower is like 3cm next to the loo barely space to turn. Everything gets wet it s just not nice.

I liked the location it s very central perfect to go to the sanctuary. Just a 7 minute walk in the middle of many Restaurants too. The room was clean.

Door keys kept getting deactivated during stay, but this was resolved by reception without any problems.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. Bath and shower were in each bathroom. Good air conditioning. Only an 8-10 minute walk to Lourdes Sanctuary.

The breakfast is ok but it could have been better if they can serve some hot breakfast since weather condition is quiet unpredictable.

The service and staff are Nice and friendly. Alexis the manager was so kind to picked us up at the bus terminal since there are No taxi at 10pm. We are more than thankful for his kindness. Alexi took time in using his personal car to extend a good service. He is exceptional!

No air conditioning or fridge in the bedroom so it was difficult to remain cool in the warm temperatures.

Warm welcome on arrival, location is very central. Room was clean and had a lovely view of the Pyrennes. Breakfast was substantial and well organised.

Balcony overlooking the lovely river with short walk to restaurants and shops. Great comfortable bed. Staff all helpful and friendly.

I really enjoy my morning coffees and the expresso from the machine at breakfast was not nice at all. My Husband's hot chocolate was good though.

Bed was very comfortable. Lovely views over the river from our room, as well as from the top floor Terrace. We dropped our luggage then parked our car in the Hotel's secure garage located only a few minutes walk away and had no need to use it again until our departure as we were within walking distance to everything.
