The unit was really great, with the only exception that the shower in our unit was outdated, with a flimsy curtain that resulted in lots of water on the floor. luckily they provided lots of clean extra towels

The price is too high for what it offers. They don't change towels or sheets and you have to take out your rubbish at the end of the stay. Dirty curtains. Rooms should be renovated. Need to pay for heating above 20.5 degrees (??) so towels never get dried.

A really spacious serviced apartment right in the heart of Lyon. The location could not have been better and the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything needed to cook a simple dinner.

The mattress was quite firm, with distinguishable geography while lying on the back. Although it might sound like a joke, the elevator was veeeery slow. And the pressure for the shower quite low (8th floor).

The only downside was the bed which both my husband and I found very uncomfortable, waking up with a sore back every morning from the hard mattress. We swapped one night with our son for the couch-bed and that was much more comfortable.

Excellent location in the Presqu'île, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel is next to a very busy street full of bars and restaurants but we had an apartment on one of the upper floors which had two sets of windows, and both with double-glazing, so could hardly hear any street noise.

shower tub the half glass wall doesn't really help stop the water from going outside, so after shower, the toilet floor is also wet.

location is in the heart of everything, all the restaurants and cafes nearby, really easy and convenient. Still the room is rather quiet in the night so you can get a very good sleep. The room is clean and also include a small kitchen so you can have some tea or coffee after a day of walking :)

Hotel is on the stark side. No charm whatsoever. White room walls with no artwork except over the bed, if that counts. No frills. Extra cost if you want the room cleaned. One elevator was out of order which slowed things down in a busy hotel.

Location was terrific. Don’t plan on dropping off your luggage before you park, however. I think that would be difficult. We used the refrigerator and some bowls, but as tourists, we didn’t need the full little kitchen.
