To make the stay even more comfortable I wish there were a couple of teabags, instant coffee, some sugar and salt, and a bottle of water.

We like the appartment, especially that it had two bedrooms (we travelled with our teenage daughter). The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was clean.

We had breakfast at 10.15, and it could have been better stocked for the price of it. My egg was dubious, but my husbands was not!

We loved the location, and the fact there restaurants across the street. The staff were nice and helpful. Liked the 2 room sleeping arrangements with 2 children everyone was happy!

Because the exhaust fanning can not use, causing the smell is not fan away after cooking food in kitchen.

The location is good to take MRT or buses easily.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. There are broken hair dryers, broken shower head, peeling walls, malfunctioning dishwasher. Overall signs of age showing all over. The sofa bed is creaking and uncomfortable, but to be fair this is the case in most places.

For a family travelling with a child to Paris, who wish for the child to have a separate room, there are not many options in this price range. Especially not with a convenient location. Our room had a balcony towards a courtyard that must be nice to use in good weather. The coffee machine available from the common area is a nice touch.

Toilet was in a separate room from the shower and there was no sink in the toilet room - a bit inconvenient. Bedroom a little cramped but otherwise fine.

Good value for money. Good choice for travelling with family since they had apartment suites available. Good location close to the metro and many sights.

Feather pillows, but that is Europe, so just something to live with.

Apartment was spacious for central Paris, and had everything we needed. Kitchen has all the things you need to make simple meals. Central heating was excellent. All day use of the coffee machine on the ground floor was great. We hired a car on the day of leaving Citadines, and were allowed to park in underground carpark to move our luggage to the car, as no chance of getting an on-street car park. 3 mins walk to metro station, yay!

Previously, I would like in advance to know that the room cleaning has to be paid.

Location and room were OK. We didn´t know that the service room was to paid appart. In the six days we stay there, they did the rooms only one day.

Great Apartment. Felt like home after a long travel. It had an efficient small kitchen and a cute balcony overlooking the beautiful street. The clothes drying rack was super help in rainy weather.

The hard mattress made our backs ache. The small balcony had no drain and it remained full of water after heavy rain.

Good location just a few minutes away from metro serviced by several lines. Also walking distance to Gare de Lyon. Room at the rear of hotel was very quiet. Small kitchenette was well equiped although we only used for tea/coffee and breakfast.

The apartment was a big small for two adults and two kids but it is Paris and we made it work. Despite this, we would happily stay here again.

Close to metro and major train station. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries close by. The self service laundromat was just 20 meters from the hotel. The kitchen in our apartment was well stocked with enough utensils and equipment to cook a simple meal.

A staff that wasn’t helpful when I asked for somebody to unblocked the toilet…the toilet was blocked and when I flushed the toilet the water from the toilet overflowed.The staff said well the mab that fixes it is not here tonight you have to wait til the morning.I have to go down to the reception and asked we need a toilet for the night I have 2 kids with me.(she give me a face saying deal with it!) I didn’t stop there I have to ask can we move to another room we need toilet during the night and she pointed the toilet across the reception and tried to say we can use that toilet for the night and imagine our room was on the second floor.

Good location near the metro station and where shops, laundry, restaurants and cafes are few steps away. Staff was hospitable and helpful. Apartment was of a good size and clean The fans provided did the job instead of the A/C.

In my opinion the hotel was very good- good location near the metro,the room was big, comfty beds and very clean no any bed bugs!
