I had some problems with the toilet I smelled something bad and some light for the kitchen is not working but overall it was nice.

The seating area in front of the building always had rubbish left by people & in desperate need of a good clean.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, very helpful & friendly. Shout out to Emilie, Junior & especially Hassen. The prompt & empathetic response we received from Hassen when we complained about the horrible state of apartment 201 was brilliant. We were offered a new apartment that afternoon, thank you 😊 Free luggage storage before check-in was great.

Old buildings, small kitchen near the room door. So it's hard to stand without closing the door.

The bathroom was a little tired. There was loud drilling next door during the day.

It was clean and the beds were big. The kitchen was well equipped.

The location was a bit far out from central Paris - which was okay as it was very close to a metro station. We travelled a lot on the metro with our 2 children- they found the cramped conditions a little overwhelming at times, although it was mostly fine. Once we went to a big Carrefour supermarket near the Saint Denis Basilica metro which is 2 stops north on the metro. This station and the area around it felt very unsafe. After that, we found shops in central Paris for snacks and lunch supplies. The area the hotel was in felt safer and quieter.

This hotel was great for an affordable stay in Paris. It was great to have kitchen facilities and the rooms were spacious.

Cupboard in kitchen needed fixing. Verandah needed sweeping because of cigarette butts. No sink plug.

A bit far from the centre of Paris, so took quite a while on the Metro. Not the property's fault though - it tends to be much more expensive to stay in the city centre & this property is better value for money.

Breakfast is rather limited. Hotel needs renovation. Parking turned out more expensive than on booking.com (20 eur vs 15 eur)

The building is very old, and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I found it overheated, which made it difficult to sleep. However, the facilities were well maintained.

The carpets used in common areas and inside rooms are old and have a typical smell to it which I didn't like. Would be nice to change these.

Staff were very friendly. Nice conversation with the staff about paris. They helped us to arrange taxi when we were short of time. Breakfast was decent. They accommodated us even though we were late. Staff are available for most part of the day and night. Metro station ,busstop,pharmacy,bakery,vegetable market available very closeby.

We stayed a week and the hotel environment seemed peaceful. The staff was very friendly and breakfast good! It was easy to get to the center by metro 13 which located close to the hotel.

Some of the equipment in the studio that we were in was damaged (though nothing was damaged beyond use) and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. There is also no ac and the room was quite stuffy.

This aparthotel is perfect for a great value for money, central Paris location. It has excellent access to the metro with plenty of shops and take away restaurants to cover any needs.
