Internet was only available in the area close to the door. Although it is not a big deal, the microwave on-off button may soon become inoperable.

The double studio I stayed had everything I could need. Everything from corkscrew to pan, from plates - glasses to strainer. Even though it was incredibly cold, the radiator was enough and I didn't need to turn on the AC heating. Location may not please those who want to stay more central area (you should prefer the 2nd - 3rd arrondissements), but the facility is very close to tram and metro stations. Also there are many supermarkets nearby (Carrefour, Lidl, Casino, Auchan)

Beds were a little small and uncomfy. Shower was not very powerful, only adequate. Not good. Elevator hard to call in the morning when cleaning underway.

Good location in terms of connections to tram, metro. Walking distance from main part of town. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Staffed almost 24/7. Solid breakfast (second day had been picked clean but eventually restocked). Big safe.

We were up on the top floor and it will clearly get very hot if the weather is hot - there was a fan but no AC (and only one fan)

It's pretty basic shared accommodation - two beds on an upper level and one downstairs, but worked fine. There was a kettle. easy walk into town, 5 mins from the metro.

We had booked a 3-bed room, but were given a 2-bed room upon arrival (and a small price deduction). We decided not to change (not sure they had a 3-bed room available had we decided to change). We would have given a higher rating, were it not for this.

The room was comfortable. The location is good, near the river, and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby. Public transportation is also easily accessible, and you can buy day tickets at the hotel. The old town is ~30min on foot, but is a nice walk, and you get to cross two rivers to get there.

Excellent room with all the facilties to cook but minimal space to do so. Lots of facility's nearby bars, restaurants and Patisserie etc. Its got atmosphere as its in the student/ university area of Lyon

There is a wardrobe with some hangers, but there are no drawers at all in the room! We ended up keeping half our clothes in our luggage. There were also no bedside tables, just a small shelf. In the kitchenette, access to the fridge and microwave was difficult because of a concertina-type side door which did not open completely. We secured it in position by tying it together using a long shoelace.... Also the basic cutlery collection only included one knife ! The bed was comfortable but hot because of a topper mattress on top of the main mattress. There was no bidet in the bathroom. Also the plug got stuck because the mechanism did not work properly. The TV had relatively few channels, and mainly French ones.

The kitchenette equipment was basic, but adequate for us. There were enough plates, bowls and cups in the kitchenette, and but only one knife! The equipment included a anti-splash lid for the microwave, which is a rare thing to find, and it was also possible to get a washing-up kit from reception, which was useful. The bed was very comfortable because it had a "topper" mattress, *but* the topper made it very hot!!! The bathroom had a good-sized shower cubicle; the water was a constant temperature but the water flow was rather slow. The window blinds were very good, there were lots of plugs in the rooms, and there was a good reading light next to the bed. In the room there was a small kettle, plus tea, coffee and a half-litre of water. The air-conditioning worked well. The accommodation is located in an area with lots of students, so it was a bit noisy, but we ourselves enjoyed the lively atmosphere. There are recycling facilities just near the front door, so if you want to organise your own recycling, it is pretty easy, The man on reception when we arrived was very helpful and had excellent English. Other staff were nice but at least one had very little English.

The hotel needs renovation, both the reception, the breakfast-room area, and the rooms, especially the bath.

A good situated but little run-down hotel (they are starting renovations now - mai 23), the breakfast was OK and the beds fairly good. Stayed in a studio with a small, but well equipped and functional, kitchen. Nice universitet- area around the hotel, with several good cafes, bars and restaurants.

The window was right above an open Cafe and there was noise till very late, almost till morning. There were also mosquitoes. The room was not very well lit.

Good location, clean room. The beds are comfortable, shower was great. There was a modern lift. The kitchenette was very comfortable.
