Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Seems like the key cards kept having issues nightly. Had to either get it reset or have the security guard open our room door . Also. I paid before on line with booking.com. But when I checked out. They claim I never paid. So did I pay twice? Was there a misunderstanding on my part. I don’t know what I paid for. The bill have no record of me paying anything in advance. I have the receipt from the hotel. And an Email from Booking.com. I paid different amounts but neither the less I still paid twice.
Breakfast was great. I was confused because I paid extra for breakfast. Some other people told me it was included. So I do know. But breakfast was good.

The design of the showers is a bit problematic. In the first room we were assigned, the carpet was very musty. We realized it was from the shower where the water tended to over-run and leak onto the carpet. We reported it and we were very pleased that the hotel staff changed our room. However, the issue may be the design of the showers.
Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. We enjoyed the use of the gym. The hotel is located in a great location for sports fans...close to Stade de France.

No bar open on Sunday night and no shops in the vicinity.
Perfectly placed for Stade de France, close to metro etc. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful even despite the confusion over combining our two nights bookings. Rooms are excellent and perfectly clean.

The bar was closed on Sunday evening, there's no shop close by so we weren't able to buy a bottle of wine to take to our room even.
Perfect location for us. Rooms are a good size, well equipped and spotless. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

I found a couple of bugs, hotel should do regular pest control.
Good standard size room , with good options to eat close to the hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is close to metro station and Bus Stop which is good.

I think the communication is something that hotel can work on. I sent multiple mails and messages to add my vat number or any such details, never got any response whatsoever.
Rooms were as expected and to Courtyard standard. It was a good experience with extremely cooperative staff. We dint take breakfast so cannot comment on that. It is good value for money.

Area itself is very quiet and would be hesitant to walk around alone.
Very convenient location for Stade de France match. Metro just around the corner and Stade de France within 30 min walk. Very comfortable room and good atmosphere in the hotel bar after the match!

In our room the toilet flush knob was broken off. it still worked but this is just basic stuff that absolutely should be fixed. Breakfast at €19 per person should be 100% but on Monday morning a few basics were missing - fresh brown bread, jam. We were not super late to breakfast but there were also no cutlery available. I understand it was busy though and that the staff were doing their best.
For us the location was perfect as we came for a concert at Stade de France. Also 2min walk to metro so easy to get into town. Staff did their best to be helpful. Room was fine, very comfortable bed. We were also in a quiet location on the third floor. Aircon worked perfectly (don’t understand the complaints about aircon on the reviews)

WiFi signal could be better. I'd prefer to have caffeine in the coffee for my morning cup (only decaf available in the room)
