Some of the Bar/ Restaurant staff lacked interest in serving guests - guests had to go & request attention from them whilst they were having their own conversations.

It was difficult to find the shuttle pick up spot, and once we found it, we waited 1.5 hrs to be picked up. This was a bad way to start off our visit, but once we were on site, everything was fine. We scheduled a shuttle the next morning, and it was perfect. I would recommend that they give people a number to call if they have difficulty. If I stay there again, I would get a taxi or an uber from CDG to The Jangle.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were courteous, attentive, and patient with our lack of skill at speaking French. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. It was excellent with a wide variety of items including perfect scrambled eggs and espresso. The king sized bed was very comfortable with fresh, white, linens and fluffy pillows.

The room was right next to the furnace/boiler so I could hear a lot of noice. Thank goodness I had ear plugs so I was able to sleep.

Offers free airport shuttle. For airport pick-up go to terminal 2D and head to Exit 11 (it's the last on the left, at the end). Looks good and pretty modern. Smooth checkin experience. Decent breakfast. Overall good value for money

Guy in the reception refused to prepare my invoice according to my company information. He didn’t know how to handle it since he was new. We was also rude to say me that he would not call the manager to do that. Later some one from back office heard me and came to fix it.

Front desk staff to be a bit more accommodating of our limited French

This was our second stay and both visits exceeded our expectations. Rooms are bright, spacious and modern with spotlessly clean bathroom and good quality bedding and towels. Food in the restaurant is delicious and good value. Staff are friendly but English appears a bit limited. Breakfast was sensational. We used the airport shuttle four times which was very handy

The family suite was far too lacking for a family of four let alone five. We asked for rooms close by as my mother was staying with us and youngest daughter to stay in her room. They were two floors and other side of the hotel. The lobby restaurant was not good and the pricing was outrageous for what you get. They also opened 45mins late and didn’t care. At breakfast our 2yr old was calmly walking around our table humming to herself, they told us if she is finished eating she needs to leave the restaurant. The staff were rude and the transportation was not reliable to the timing. They give you tote bags for the swim house with arm bands and towels, it would have been a nice touch except for the fact they ask for them back upon check out, the arm bands I understand, but the wet used essentially grocery bag was the icing on top that this company is cheap and rude. Would not return.

The hotel is beautiful, the garden as well! The pool house nearby was okay, but too packed and underwhelming.

Staff at check-in was in bad mood and very slow. It took around 45 minutes. The phone in our room was ringing in the middle of the night. Two hours later somebody was knocking at the door. That's very annoying when you try to get a few hours sleep between flights.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean hotel in close distance to CDG. Family room was big and well set. The free shuttle service worked out well. Breakfast was also fine.

In peak hours, the shuttle service can get cramped. In comparison to other hotels that are within this price range, it can feel a bit less practical, as you have no other way to get to the airport expect car or the shuttle bus.

The room included buffet breakfast, which was quite nice. The shuttle service is also included, in ordrer to get you to and from the airport to the hotel, there's a minibus almost every 15 to 30 minutes.

A female cleaning staff member came in using her key on both days without knocking despite having a do not disturb sign on the door. When reported the manager gave a drink voucher for the inconvenience and made a note to counsel staff. No hot water as an issue was being fixed.

The male staff were great, chatty and friendly. The night manager was the best. A big aquatic centre next door. A nice gym. The location was quiet, and you can walk to the aquatic centre and see the sunset and green fields. The breakfast was awesome. The outside garden was relaxing with chairs and tables. The rooms were super cosy with carpet and comfortable beds, quiet and nice views of the garden and sunset. The bathroom had big Italian showers with lots of room.

We checked in at 20.30am and the room was already available to us. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and modern. Bed was huge and comfortable. Shuttle to and from the airport was very handy

Hotel website lists giant chess and patánc as on site activities. These were not available and staff were not well informed. Eventually they found out they are not available until summer. A little disappointing.
