Room was a bit dark with single window, and we didn’t like glass door to bathroom as there is no privacy to the toilet user…also open shower was impossible to use without some water on floor.

Good value option in a quieter part of Toulouse, but walkable to city center, sights, or metro. Courtyard facing room was very quiet. The Staff were nice and very bicycle friendly set up in garage. Bed was comfortable and triple room had some extra space we appreciated bicycle touring (with single bed folded up against wall). Breakfast was pretty good.

Room was a bit dark with only a small window overlooking the courtyard. Be aware that the division between the shower room and bedroom is a glass partition.

The staff could not have been more helpful and polite. The loction is good with a short walk too the metro or down to the St Pierre area and the Capitole.

Would be nice to be able to reserve a parking space prior to arrival (although we had no problem finding a space for our visit). Would also have been nice if we could have brought our (small) dog (Spitz Japonaise). However, neither issue would prevent us from staying with you guys again 😃

The professionalism and the friendliness of the hotel staff. In particular, the reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. Also the housekeeping personnel did a great job resolving a small technical issue with the room very quickly.

Daily room cleaning was good but hardly prompt. Maybe I was just at the wrong end of the corridor.

A hotel that works: good location + cosy comfort + awesome shower + staff efficiency + pleasant breakfast = happy customer. An unpretentious, modern, friendly, easy-going establishment with a supermarket 50 metres away and an easy walk to everywhere you might want to go in this underrated city.

Room a little small for two people with 2 bags of luggage each - it is probably better as a business hotel for single business travellers. Nothing wrong with the room facilities at all, just a little cramp for us.

But it is ugly, modern architecture at it's worst. And then, the rooms are poorly designed. It's not just taste, they build a refrigerator in a cupboard with ventilation holes. That just doesn't work. My room had a nice balcony, with no light or some possibility for it.

It's a clean comfortable hotel with nice accommodating staff.

Everything was good but it would've been nicer if the room had more space to put things like suitcases or towels in the bathroom. The room was small which was fine as it met our needs, however more hanging or storage space would've been appreciated. Also, the breakfast was nice but a wider selection of cereal would've been a bonus.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which contributed to the overall vide of the hotel. The location was superb which made accessing everything very easy, either by walking or via public transport. There's a metro and a bus stop nearby. Me and my girlfriend got engaged here, so Toulouse and this hotel will always be special to us and we'll definitely be back.

Staff are amazing, their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness second to none. The (paid) late checkout made the visit to Toulouse much more enjoyable. The location is excellent at less than 15 minutes walk to the centre, with all Toulouse has to offer. The airport is one of the few where spending time is enjoyable! We really appreciated the follow up messages from the staff and general manager (good customer systems 👍)

It was not clear whether water was potable so a small bottle of water to share per room per visit was insufficient. It would be helpful, and great environmentally, if it was labelled that tap water was/was not suitable for drinking.

It was easy to locate from the airport shuttle and in a quiet area of Toulouse, yet within walking distance of everything. The rooms were compact but of an acceptable size. The cleaning staff were really obliging and helpful. Most reception staff were really helpful too and well informed. Great that check out was at noon, a real bonus.

The parking is not for the faint hearted so be careful. No idea is street parking is more expensive but may be less of a threat to your CDW!

Location is excellent and the street restaurant to the left 50m is fabulous. Comfy beds and lovely rooms.
